This unisex yoga and tai chi stretch bracelet is a stylish spiritual piece, perfect for men as well as for women. • Handmade black tassel (1 inch long)

The charm is from TierraCast (made in USA), with shiny silver plating and a stamp of the yin-yang symbol on the front. The yin-yang is a powerful symbol of inner and outer balance, and a significant image for anyone in active pursuit of self-growth.

The tiger's eye gemstone beads are a mix of brown hues, from dark to medium shades of color. The hand-carved bone beads provide a bright complement. Three of the bone beads are incised with concentric circles that form an "evil eye" symbol—an ancient talisman believed to protect its wearer against evil. The belief is found in the history of many cultures.

The lantern beads flank the charm and tassel dangles, with sterling beads also added for the charm dangles. As for the tassel, I made it from embroidery thread, using a dab of glue to secure the knot of its binding thread. Also included here are silver-plated jump rings and high-quality elastic cord (made in USA).

The general length of the bracelet is 8 inches, and it should fit an 8-inch wrist. If you don't mind loose bracelets, it should fit fine on a 7.5-inch wrist. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact me.

Fancy Jasper Rondels are also used and give a lot of texture to this bracelet. Metal spacers are saucer shaped and separate the different sizes of the Jasper beads. This is a three strand memory wire bracelet. Smokey Swarovski Crystals separate the smallest of the Fancy Jasper beads and make the bracelet pick up light from different angles.
