Adding even more texture to the necklace design, the magnesite is cube-shaped, a shape you don’t see very often. Three magnesite cubes were used to make each grouping with copper beads separating each cube for fluidity in the necklace drape. Tree of Life Yggdrasil Earrings, Painted Bronze Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "First Light of Day" handmade earrings feature artisan made solid bronze Tree of Life charms and pink and turquoise Czech glass beads - unique tree jewelry for women.

Looking as if the first soft hued rays of the morning sun are shining through a stand of trees, the FIRST LIGHT OF DAY handmade earrings are perfectly named and oh, so beautiful! They are ideal for the woman who adores symbolic Tree of Life / Yggdrasil jewelry. The earrings feature individually artisan created bronze charms with dusty rose pink and turquoise Czech glass beads complementing the tree dangles. The Tree of Life charms are pure bronze, created from precious metal clay.  The trees are raised against the background which provides wonderful texture. To provide delicate color, the background of the charms were hand painted in shades of peachy pink and pale golden green to represent the first light of day. Since the charms were individually handmade and hand painted, you can see that the pieces are very similar but not exactly the same. The back of the Tree of Life charms are shiny bronze and fairly smooth.  To highlight the background colors of the dangles, two vintage look, dusty rose pink Czech glass discs with a golden bronze Picasso finish were stacked above each charm.  An opaque light turquoise blue-green tri-cut Czech beads with a brown Picasso finish was added to the top of each earrings.  Since the beads have three facets (tri-cut) they add subtle sparkle to the earrings. For a unique pair of earrings, I hand-wired some tiny sparkling Swarovski Sahara faceted bi-cone crystals and smooth, shiny silver-plated heishe rondells above the dangling guitars. See them close-up in photo 4. The faceted crystals are mostly gray but radiate other colors with their Aurora Borealis finish. The attaching jump rings and the post and clutch earrings are surgical steel, a good choice for those allergic to other metals.

The meaningful "Life Force" earrings feature artisan enamel heartline bears, Czech glass roller beads, spiny oyster shell and turquoise - unique jewelry for women.

Depicted as a line in the shape of an arrow, a heartline is extremely symbolic for the Zuni and many other Native American people. It represents the spiritual breath as the life force of an animal and is often portrayed on a bear due to their strength and fearlessness. The one of a kind LIFE FORCE earrings were inspired by a heartline bear. Created with eye-catching enameled bear charms, the meaningful earrings also feature white and gold Czech glass beads, orange spiny oyster shell, and genuine turquoise rounds. The mirror image heartline bears were individually artisan made from a copper base that was enameled with glass powders in oranges, white, turquoise and black. A black heartline arrow runs from the bear’s head to the back. As an added adornment, an Italian murrine glass cane was used to create an orange and white petaled flower in the center of each bear. The backside of the bear charms are finished with black enamel. To perfectly complement the colors of the heartline bears, three different elements were stacked above each bear. The first are premium faceted Czech glass roller beads created from translucent and opaque white glass. Above each roller bead, separated by a copper disc spacer, sits a single hand cut orange spiny oyster shell rondelle. Spiny oyster shell has been used to adorn Native American jewelry for centuries. A genuine turquoise round is found above the oyster shell, a gemstone that is sacred to many tribes. The turquoise beads are a rich blue color with a natural black matrix. This long length pendant necklace has a gorgeous patina verdigris pendant. The patina verdigris in this pendant is textured with a turquoise-green and bronze color. There is an array of swirl patterns and a flower in the center. The pendant has a slight curve to its leaf shape. I've included a photo of the opposite side. See the last photo.

The pendant comes with a study antiqued brass flat cable chain. The lower portion of the chain is intricately beaded with antiqued bronze, double-sided flower beads, turquoise-green glass seed beads, antiqued brass plated pewter daisy spacers, and very small round antiqued brass beads. The ends of the beaded section are professionally finished with crimp covers to hide the crimps and wire guards to prevent the beading wire from abrasion. This beaded addition to the chain created a unique, one -of-a-kind, handmade pendant necklace by The Singing Beader.

Because of the necklace's long length of 28 inches, the chain needs no clasp. Simply put on over your head.

The "Kryptonite" earrings feature artisan mint green lampwork beads and sterling silver - unique jewelry for women.

You don’t have to worry about these earrings . . . even if you are Superman . . . since the mint green KRYPTONITE handmade earrings will energize you each and every time you wear them! The one of a kind earrings are breathtaking in their harmonious use of color and are perfect to wear all spring and summer long. The earrings feature artisan lampwork glass beads in a luscious green color that is actually called “kryptonite” by the glass manufacturer. Each glass bead is wrapped in .999 fine silver, adding a whimsical look of glowing silver dots that add texture and shine. For a velvety matte finish, the lampwork beads were acid etched, giving a tumbled sea glass effect. The earrings are positively eye-catching when worn.

To frame the beads, sterling silver daisy spacers were added to the top and bottom of each lampwork bead. The eye catching rabbit dangles were individually artisan made glass enameled copper.   A permanent decal with a leaping hare or rabbit design was applied while the glass was still molten. The whimsical long eared hares are grey with light brown highlights. Their long legs show that they are leaping along as they’re going about their business, perhaps celebrating the warmer weather. Hand painted spirals and dots also grace the lovely design. The back of each dangle is also enameled with speckled dark blue glass for strength and durability. Since the rabbit charms are individually artisan handmade, they are very similar in design but not exactly the same.  Since the leaping hares remind me of the Moon Rabbit, a Far Eastern mythical figure that lives on the moon often as a companion to the moon goddess, Chang’e, gorgeous moonstone gemstones and sparkling Swarovski crystals were stacked above the charms. Used in jewelry for many millennia (the Romans believed moonstone was solidified rays of the moon), moonstone is famous for its mesmerizing opalescent play of light, often flashing pearly blue when the light hits it just right. Unfortunately, the photos don’t do justice to the breathtaking flashes, but they definitely are there, much brighter than is shown. Two hand cut moonstone heishe are used, separated by copper disc spacers. To represent the stars, a single faceted Swarovski crystal bicone was placed above the moonstone. The clear crystals have an iridescent coating called “aurora borealis” (AB) which, when the light hits them right, produces an explosion of dazzling rainbow colors in blues, pinks, and yellows.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the JUMP FOR JOY earrings are a perfect gift for the woman who loves whimsical rabbit earrings celebrating the joy of spring.

The enamel on copper hare and spiral dangles were individually handmade with an enamel transfer and hand painted spirals and dots.

• Swarovski crystals: faceted 4 mm crystal AB bicones

• Earwires: sterling silver French hooks with copper bead accents
• Length: app. 2.25” / 5.7 cm measured from the top curve of the sterling earwires
