Perfect for the woman who is ready to tackle the world and loves smile-inducing, boho chic jewelry, the lightweight earrings were created with artisan ceramic drops with am etched wild woman stick figure, artisan lampwork glass nugget beads, leaf-style pewter bead caps, glittering Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. The hand carved ceramic shield drops have a wonderful rustic look. A fierce wild woman with raised arms, wide eyes and upright hair was etched into beige clay. Dots are found along the edge of each dangle. The etched areas were carefully painted with a dark brown paint to bring out the design and then fired in a kiln at high heat for strength and durability. The backside of the dangles was given a very light wash of brown. Since the dangles were individually handmade, they are very similar but not exactly the same.  Complementing the wild woman dangles brilliantly are artisan lampwork glass bead nuggets and sparkling Swarovski crystals. The lampwork beads were created with a lilac plum glass with a bit of beige. Fine silver raised dots were added around the middle for extra eye appeal. The lampwork beads are nuggets so they are not completely round. Capping the top of each nugget is a pewter bead cap with a leaf design. Above each bead cap is a mega-sparkle faceted Swarovski crystal bicone in a color called “lilac shadow,” a combination of lilac and clear crystal with a light gold coating. Sterling silver French hook earwires with an added lilac shadow crystal for extra sparkle finishes the fun earrings. The exquisite teardrop-shaped flower dangles were individually handmade.  A pink rose permanent transfer was added to white polymer clay, the pink roses and green leaves highlighted wonderfully against the white background. Two pink roses in full boom and several partly opened buds are seen along with green leaves. A shiny, protective resin coating was added to the front of the dangles for years of wearing pleasure. The back of the earrings have a matte pink polymer clay finish. To perfectly complement the rose dangles, artisan lampwork glass beads and faceted Czech rondelles were used. The lampwork glass beads were artisan handmade from translucent pale pink glass with a frosted, sea glass look. When worn, the lampwork beads absolutely glow in the light! To add even more pink goodness, a translucent Czech rondelle created from strawberry pink glass and milky opal glass was added above each lampwork bead, separated by a triangle-shaped, sterling silver spacer bead. Sea Turtle Beach Earrings, Enamel Lampwork Swarovski Handmade Jewelry

The "Tortugas" handmade earrings feature artisan enamel sea turtle charms, artisan lampwork glass beads and Swarovski crystals - unique turtle jewelry for women.

Wonderful handmade jewelry for the woman who loves sea turtles, the one of a kind TORTUGAS earrings are perfect for that beach getaway . . . or to wear at home. The unique earrings are created with artisan enamel turtle charms, artisan aqua blue lampwork beads, Swarovski crystals, copper and sterling silver. The eye catching sea turtle dangles were individually made from artisan shiny white enamel copper squares.  Permanent decals with sea turtle designs were applied while the glass was still molten. The whimsical sea turtles have a hand painted watercolor look to them. One looks as if it's coming to the surface of the ocean and one looks as if it’s diving deeper. As you can see in the photos, the details of the turtles are exquisite and are perfectly highlighted against a pale blue and white “bubble” background. The back of each dangle is finished with speckled dark blue enameled glass for strength and durability.  To perfectly complement ocean colors of the sea turtle charms, speckled aqua lampwork glass beads and faceted Swarovski crystal bicones were stacked above, colors that represent the oceans.  The lampwork beads, each individually artisan made, were created from white glass with a added to give a speckled effect, mainly aqua blue but there are also bits of purple and pale green. A copper flower spacer caps the top and bottom of each lampwork bead. Above each lampwork bead sits a sparkling Swarovski crystal in a rich tourmaline blue color called “indicolite.” Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the TORTUGAS handmade earrings are a perfect gift for the woman who loves turtles, loves the beach and loves wearing artisan handmade jewelry. “Tortugas” is Spanish for “turtles.”

Mint Green Kryptonite Earrings, Lampwork Fine Silver Handmade Jewelry

The "Kryptonite" earrings feature artisan mint green lampwork beads and sterling silver - unique jewelry for women.

You don’t have to worry about these earrings . . . even if you are Superman . . . since the mint green KRYPTONITE handmade earrings will energize you each and every time you wear them! The one of a kind earrings are breathtaking in their harmonious use of color and are perfect to wear all spring and summer long. The earrings feature artisan lampwork glass beads in a luscious green color that is actually called “kryptonite” by the glass manufacturer. Each glass bead is wrapped in .999 fine silver, adding a whimsical look of glowing silver dots that add texture and shine. For a velvety matte finish, the lampwork beads were acid etched, giving a tumbled sea glass effect. The earrings are positively eye-catching when worn.

To frame the beads, sterling silver daisy spacers were added to the top and bottom of each lampwork bead. To mimic the fine silver dots on the mint green beads, glowing sterling silver beads in three different sizes were stacked on top. The sizes are, in order from bottom to top: 4 mm, 3 mm and 2 mm. All of the elements used in the earrings were strung on sterling silver headpins, carefully wire wrapped and connected to sterling French hook earwires. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the KRYPTONITE dangle earrings were created for the woman who loves unique artisan jewelry with a knock out color.

Millefiori Flowers Disc Earrings, Enamel Pink Blue Handmade Jewelry

The "Bellissimi Fiori" handmade earrings feature artisan millefiori enamel discs, artisan lampwork glass beads, Swarovski crystals and Czech beads - unique jewelry for women.

Sweet millefiori flower jewelry for spring and summer wear, the one of a kind BELLISSIMI FIORI handmade earrings are a perfect Easter or Mother’s Day gift for the woman who loves flowers. The dangle earrings feature artisan millefiori enamel discs, artisan pink lampwork glass beads, blue Swarovski crystals and pink Czech glass beads. The beautiful discs were artisan hand cut and filed from copper and hammered to create a concave dome shape. The domes were given a pink enamel glass background, shading from a light pink to a darker pink. To create the floral pattern, tiny multi-colored millefiori glass beads in mainly shades of blue, aqua and lavender were randomly added and melted with a high heat torch. Millefiori, a glass technique originally developed in Italy, is Italian for “thousands of flowers.” As you can see in the photos, each disc has a different millefiori flower design, beautiful against the pink background. The back of the discs are also enameled with pink and lavender.  To perfectly complement the enamel flower discs, three different types of beads were used. Just above each disc is a rich pink lampwork glass beads. The shape is a somewhat smashed flying saucer shape that has ridges on the top and bottom. Since the lampwork beads are translucent, they absolutely glow when the earrings are worn. Just above each lampie, separated by a small sterling silver daisy spacer, is a faceted Swarovski crystal bicone in a regal dark blue color called “indigo.”  Separated from each crystal by a small sterling disc spacer is silky, matte finish pale pink Czech glass bead that also glows in the light.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the BELLISSIMI FIORI earrings are perfect for the woman who loves to flower garden, owns a flower shop or just just loves the soothing beauty of flowers. “Bellissimi fiori” is Italian for “beautiful flowers.”

Like a breath of sweet spring air, the LAVANDA PRIMAVERILE handmade dangle earrings are perfect to wear all spring and summer long. Jewelry with exquisite colors, the one of a kind earrings feature two kinds of artisan designed glass lampwork beads and sterling silver. The larger lampwork glass beads were individually artisan handmade with a base of turquoise blue. While the glass was still in its molten stage, a glass frit of lavender purple and shades of green was added, looking like lavender flowers peeking through green leaves against a turquoise blue sky. The finish of the beads is high glossy shine. A sterling silver daisy spacer caps the top and bottom of the lampwork beauties.  A smaller translucent lampwork bead sits on the larger glass bead, complementing it perfectly. Cheerful and colorful with a pair of dancing dragonflies, the DANZA LIBELLULA handmade boho earrings are a perfect gift for the woman who loves the amazing creatures. Lightweight to wear, they feature artisan polymer clay dragonfly teardrops, artisan lampwork glass beads and faceted Czech glass along with lead free pewter bead caps and sterling silver. The dragonfly dangles were created individually from white polymer clay in an upside down teardrop design. The dragonflies are raised against the background for wonderful texture and then were hand colored in joyful shades of bright pinks, sunny yellows, sky blues and leafy greens with some of the white base showing through to highlight the colors. The sides and the smooth backs of the teardrops are yellow. Since the teardrops were individually handmade, they are very similar in design but not exactly the same. To perfectly complement the exquisite dragonfly teardrops and to add translucent glow and subtle sparkle to the overall design, raspberry red lampwork beads and faceted Czech glass were used. The lampwork beads were artisan handmade from clear glass with a raspberry red frit added to give a speckled appearance. Because the glass is translucent, the glow they provide is amazing. A leafy lead free pewter bead cap tops the lampwork bead. Sitting on top of each lampwork bead is a pale yellow Czech glass bead. Since the beads are faceted the sparkles and shine with sunny translucency. Both have the same leaf design bead caps on the top and bottom. Blue Spike Dagger Boho Earrings Enamel Red Coral Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "Bellisimo in Blu" handmade earrings were created from artisan enamel spikes, artisan lampwork glass beads and red coral - boho jewelry gif for women.

If you love fabulously fun blue earrings in a boho spike or dagger design, then you’ll love the BELLISSIMO IN BLU handmade earrings. The exquisite, one of a kind earrings were created with artisan enamel dangles, artisan speckled blue lampwork glass beads and red coral. The gorgeously unique enameled dagger dangles were individually made from copper spikes. To create the background, shiny enamel glass powders in a rich blue color were fused onto the copper with a hot torch. Small bits of white glass powder were added to the lower part of the spikes to create falling "snow" or maybe flower petals. An Italian murrine glass cane was used to create the flower in the center top of each spike surrounded by lighter blue glass. To add extra eye appeal and texture, four raised red glass dots encircle the top of the murrine flowers. Since the dangles were individually handmade, they are very similar in design but not exactly the same. The back of the discs are enameled in black for a professional finish. Please note: since the enamel design was created with high shine enamel glass, there is quite a bit of reflection in the photos. Rest assured - the dangles are mainly a lovely blue with wonderful accents.  To perfectly complement the colors of the enamel daggers, artisan lampwork glass beads and red coral were used. The lampwork glass beads were individually artisan handmade with a base of clear glass. While that glass was still molten, a glass frit with shades of blue was added, creating blue speckles. Since the base glass is clear, the lampwork beads positively glow a radiant blue when the earrings are worn. To highlight the raised red glass dots on the spikes, red coral nuggets were added on top of the lampwork beads, separated by two sterling silver daisy spacers. Another sterling spacer and a small sterling bead rest on top of each coral nugget. Small red coral rounds were added to the sterling silver French hook earwires for extra fun. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the one of kind BELLISSIMO IN BLU earrings were created for the woman who adores unique spike jewelry with a definite boho flair!  "Bellisimo in blu" is Italian for "beautiful in blue."

Cross Earrings, Copper Lampwork Spirals Christian Handmade Jewelry

The meaningful "His Love" handmade earrings feature artisan copper cross dangles and artisan blue lampwork glass beads - unique cross jewelry for women.

What unique jewelry for the woman who loves Christian cross earrings! The HIS LOVE one of a kind, handmade cross earrings feature eye catching artisan copper cross dangles and beautiful lampwork glass beads. The copper dangles were individually artisan created and are actually three pieces connected together. The circular back was hand cut from pure copper sheeting, the edges filed to a silky smoothness. The circle is slightly concave and has a hammered and scratched design. A single copper cross hangs in front of the circles - each is “loose” so the crosses can sway back and forth at each movement of the head when worn. The hand formed double copper spirals are found at the top of the crosses to add even more eye appeal. All of the copper pieces were given a rich patina for a wonderfully aged, rustic look.  Just above the spirals are artisan made lampwork glass beads. The beads were created from a translucent rich blue borosilicate glass. While the glass was still hot, sage green with bits of raspberry glass was wound around the middle. As you can see in the photos, the lampwork beads are very similar, but because they were handmade, they are also somewhat different. Two copper daisy spacers and a 3 mm copper bead are stacked above the lampwork bead. Everything was rustically wire wrapped with a double strand of copper wire and attached to sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs the HIS LOVE earrings are both meaningful and stylish - a perfect gift for the woman who adores Christian cross jewelry.

Pink Lampwork Earrings, Rose Quartz Swarovski Silver Handmade Jewelry

 

The feminine "Bel Rosa" handmade earrings feature artisan pale pink lampwork glass beads and Swarovski crystals - unique jewelry for women.

The BEL ROSA handmade earrings are a perfect jewelry gift for the woman who adores the color pink . . . and for the woman who wants a unique pair of fashion earrings to add to her artisan jewelry collection. Utterly feminine, one of a kind earrings feature artisan created pale pink lampwork glass beads and sparkling Swarovski crystals. Individually handmade, the lampwork beads were created from transparent rose quartz pink glass. To add even more beauty, fine silver was added to the middle of each bead when the glass was molten, creating raised dots and lines. As you can see from the photos, the lampwork beads are very similar but not exactly the same. Since the pink lampwork beads are transparent, they capture and radiate the light, positively glowing when worn!  To dazzle the eye with amazing sparkle, faceted Swarovski crystal bicones in two sizes were added above the pink lampwork glass beads. The color of the Swarovski crystals is called “light silk,” a soft, pale neutral tone with a flush of pink that is suggestive of the color of fine champagne. A 6 mm light silk bicone sits just above each lampwork bead. Stacked on top of each larger Swarovski crystal is a smaller 4 mm bicone, separated by a small sterling silver bead. To add even more sparkle, a 4 mm light silk crystal was added to each sterling silver earwire.
