Gorgeous nature inspired jewelry for the woman who loves birds, especially majestic owls, the unique WISE OWLS handmade earrings will quickly become favorites. The one of a kind earrings feature artisan created owl charms that look as if they were pulled from a book of antique bird illustrations. Faceted, translucent amber glass beads, indicolite Swarovski crystals, copper and sterling silver complement the owl dangles. The eye catching, square-shaped owl charms look as if they are vintage jewelry pieces. But they are faux vintage, having been individually hand cut, filed and sanded from modern copper with a permanent metal owl transfer.  The beautiful owls, which look very similar to barn owls, are light beige and a medium cinnamon brown color with darker feather markings. The head is gazing to the left and features a whitish, heart-shaped face with a dark eye and a pale beak. The background is a somewhat mottled sky blue. Since the dangles were individually handmade, there are slight differences which adds a wonderful antique vibe.  Because the charms are made from copper, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  To perfectly highlight the colors in the owl charms, faceted Czech glass beads and Swarovski crystals were stacked above the dangles. The translucent Czech glass beads are a rich amber color with bits of opaque white.  Since the beads are faceted, they add subtle sparkle to the earrings design. Boho Birds Earrings, Colorful Enamel Peridot Crystals Handmade Jewelry

The fun "Sweet Tweets" boho earrings feature colorful enamel birds on a wire dangles with sterling chain and Swarovski crystals - unique bird jewelry for women.

Jewelry filled with vivid boho vibes, the colorful SWEET TWEETS handmade earrings will positively cheer you up every time you put the beauties on! Perfect for a woman who loves birds / is a birder, the lightweight, one of a kind earrings feature artisan made enameled charms, Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. The colorful bird charms were individually handmade, starting out as copper blanks in a half moon shape. White enamel glass powder was fused onto the blanks using a high temperature butane torch. Looking like dabs of watercolor, more glass powder was fused to the white background: red, orange, yellow, light green, blue and violet. Then, using a pattern, four black bird silhouettes sitting on a wire were added. Two birds are sitting and two are standing on the wire. As you can see in the photos, the bird design is a mirror image. The backside of each bird charm was fused with black glass powders for a professional finish. To give the colorful bird earrings great movement and sparkle at each turn of the head, thirteen links of a patterned sterling silver chain were used on each charm, connected to them with two sterling silver jump rings on each end for durability. Wire wrapped to the middle link of each chain is a mega-glitter faceted Swarovski crystal bicone. The color is called “peridot,” a soft, peaceful light green color, a perfect complement to the colors on the charms. A pair of sterling silver French hook earwires with an additional peridot green crystal on each adds even more glitter, finishing the unique earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the one of a kind SWEET TWEETS earrings were created for the woman who adores colorful artisan boho jewelry and loves our fine feathered bird friends.

A lovely multi-petal lotus flower design was impressed into minty green and clear glass coin beads. The translucent glass was given a matte finish for a glowing sea glass look. To bring out the beautiful details of the lotus blossom and the rustic small pits and “cracks,” a metallic bronze Picasso finish was applied which settled into the recessed areas.  Since the lotus coin beads are two sided, the yoga earrings look fabulous from any angle.  To add an even more beauty to the elegant earring design, a faceted Swarovski crystal bicone was added to the top of each lotus bead, separated by a small copper disc spacer. Sea Turtle Beach Earrings, Enamel Lampwork Swarovski Handmade Jewelry

Wonderful handmade jewelry for the woman who loves sea turtles, the one of a kind TORTUGAS earrings are perfect for that beach getaway . . . or to wear at home. The unique earrings are created with artisan enamel turtle charms, artisan aqua blue lampwork beads, Swarovski crystals, copper and sterling silver. The eye catching sea turtle dangles were individually made from artisan shiny white enamel copper squares.  Permanent decals with sea turtle designs were applied while the glass was still molten. The whimsical sea turtles have a hand painted watercolor look to them. One looks as if it's coming to the surface of the ocean and one looks as if it’s diving deeper. As you can see in the photos, the details of the turtles are exquisite and are perfectly highlighted against a pale blue and white “bubble” background. The back of each dangle is finished with speckled dark blue enameled glass for strength and durability.  To perfectly complement ocean colors of the sea turtle charms, speckled aqua lampwork glass beads and faceted Swarovski crystal bicones were stacked above, colors that represent the oceans.  The lampwork beads, each individually artisan made, were created from white glass with a added to give a speckled effect, mainly aqua blue but there are also bits of purple and pale green. A copper flower spacer caps the top and bottom of each lampwork bead. Mermaid Art Earrings, Faux Vintage Green Brown Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "A Mermaid" handmade art earrings feature artisan mermaid dangles, Czech glass and Swarovski crystals - lovely mermaid jewelry for women.

A MERMAID handmade art earrings are perfect for the woman who has a bit of mermaid in her and who also loves famous works of art. Beautifully unique art jewelry, the one of a kind earrings feature artisan created faux vintage copper dangles, swirled green Czech glass beads and sparkling brown Swarovski crystals. The eye catching mermaid  charms were individually hand cut into a trapezoid shape from copper sheeting, filed and sanded. A permanent metal transfer was applied for the faux tin look and then the charms were waterproof sealed for many years of wearing fun. The back of the dangles are shiny copper. Since the dangles were individually artisan made, they are very similar but not exactly the same.  To perfectly complement the mermaids, Czech glass beads and sparkling Swarovski crystals were used. The Czech glass beads were made from opaque medium pine green glass that shades to light apple green with a rustic silky matte finish. To add even more eye appeal, a gold Picasso finish was washed onto about ⅓ of the surface of the beads, adding a wonderful glow. To add mega sparkle, a faceted "smoky topaz" brown Swarovski crystal bicone was placed above each Czech bead.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, unique A MERMAID earrings are a great gift, sure to please the woman who loves great works of art and mermaids!

The mermaid dangles were inspired by the famous John William Waterhouse masterpiece, "A Mermaid," which was painted in 1900. The dangles are a cropped version of a mermaid perched on a rock with her tail coiled around her, combing out her long red hair while singing a song. In front of her is a large shell filled with pearls (legend says the pearls are formed by the tears of dead sailors). She is highlighted by the aqua green sea and rocky arches behind her. If you are searching for a stylish pair of handmade earrings that are also very eye catching, the one of a kind PINK WAVES beauties are for you! Created from gorgeous Czech glass coins and mega-sparkle Swarovski crystals, they are a perfect Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day gift to be worn all year long. The Czech glass coins used as the focals are absolutely stunning. These particular beads are a coin shape created with a combination of clear and pink glass and a dimpled, textured edge. The pink glass is in a flowing, wave-like design with many hues, from light pink to dark pink. The clear glass accentuates the pink waves perfectly. Then, as if the Czech beads needed more beauty, an earthy brown Picasso finish was applied to the beads. It was then polished off the flat faces of the coins but left in the crevasses of the textured crust edges. Hearts Valentines Earrings, Coral Ivory Lampwork Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "Corazones Preciosas" handmade earrings feature artisan created lampwork glass heart beads and sparkling Swarovski crystals - unique Valentines gift for women.

The artisan made lampwork glass heart beads used to create the CORAZONES PRECIOSOS earrings are absolutely charming! And pairing the one of a kind beauties with mega-sparkle Swarovski crystals, you have exquisite jewelry you’ll want to wear year long, not just for Valentine’s Day! The two-sided lampwork puffy hearts started out with a base of rich coral orange glass. To create eye appeal, a band of contrasting ivory glass was added. Lines and dots of fine silver embellish the ivory bands, adding wonderful texture and a silver gleam. A single sterling silver daisy spacer and small sterling bead caps the bottom of each heart with a single sterling bead capping the top. Swarovski crystals are renowned for their breath-taking sparkle, and the ones used for these earrings are no exception. Sitting on top of the sterling bead is a faceted Swarovski bicone in a fiery color called “Indian red,” a perfect complement to the coral orange of the hearts. To make the earrings seemingly dance from your ears, two links of long and short sterling box chain connect the main body of the earrings to the sterling silver French hooks. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the CORAZONES PRECIOSOS lampwork heart earrings were created for the woman who loves unique heart jewelry - a perfect Valentine’s Day gift, Mother’s Day gift, birthday gift or “just because” gift! “Corazones preciosas” is Spanish for "precious hearts."

The lampwork heart beads were individually handmade with orange coral and ivory glass with fine silver lines and dots.

Christmas Holiday Earrings, Silver Red Green Crystals Handmade Jewelry

The beautiful "Christmas Cheer" handmade earrings feature rustic Czech glass nuggets with a silver mercury glass finish and red and green Swarovski crystals - holiday jewelry for women.

Filled to the brim with sparkling holiday vibes, the CHRISTMAS CHEER handmade earrings are a pair you will want to wear time and time again. Perfect jewelry to wear the whole season long, the gorgeous earrings feature rustic Czech glass nuggets beads with a silver mercury glass finish. Adding a huge amount of sparkle are red and green Swarovski crystals. The silvered Czech glass nuggets, called an English cut, were lightly tumbled to give them a weathered, beach glass look. Coated in a bright silver mercury glass finish, the beads have a rich reflective shine (which often caught my shirt when photographing them). Since the nuggets are faceted, the beads add subtle sparkle to the design. Sterling silver daisy spacers cap the top and bottom of each nugget. Sitting above the English cut nuggets are sparkling faceted Swarovski crystal bicones in classic Christmas colors. The largest is a color called “Siam,” a rich, deep red that positively catches your eye when backlit. Above the red crystal, separated by a small sterling disc spacer, is another faceted bicone in the color of “emerald,” a translucent, deep green. And, as if the earrings needed even more sparkle, another Siam red crystal was added to each sterling French hook earwire. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the CHRISTMAS CHEER artisan earrings were created for the woman who loves to wear unique holiday jewelry!
