The one of a kind PINK SUGAR SKULLS earrings are full of spectacular spooky fun, perfect for Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) festivities, Halloween parties . . . or for any time of the year you feel the need to wear trendy skull jewelry! The radiant earrings feature two-sided pink Czech glass skull beads and fuchsia Austrian crystals. The unique skull beads were created with a base of translucent light pink glass. A charming sugar skull design was impressed into the glass on both sides of the beads. To add an aged look the pink glass was given a shimmering matte, sea glass tumbled look with some “crackles” and “pits” (that don't disturb the integrity of the glass). A metallic pink Picasso finish was applied to bring out the details of the faces of the skulls. It settled into the recesses, highlighting the amazing floral eyes, an inverted heart shaped nose, the grinning mouth and any other recessed areas of the skull beads. Since the sugar skulls are two sided, the earrings look beautiful from any angle when worn. All sugar skulls need a bit of sparkle so faceted fuchsia pink Austrian crystals were used. Resembling a crown, just above the sugar skulls are glittering fuchsia Austrian crystals set in silver plated rondelles. To add even more exquisite sparkle, a faceted Austrian crystal bicone, also in fuchsia pink, is snuggled into the top of each rondelle. Sterling silver French hook earwires finish the earrings. Wild Woman Earrings, Ceramic Lampwork Crystals Handmade Jewelry Gift

The WILD WOMAN handmade earrings feature artisan ceramic drops, artisan lampwork glass beads and Swarovski crystals - unique jewelry for women.

Perfect for the woman who is ready to tackle the world and loves smile-inducing, boho chic jewelry, the lightweight earrings were created with artisan ceramic drops with am etched wild woman stick figure, artisan lampwork glass nugget beads, leaf-style pewter bead caps, glittering Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. The hand carved ceramic shield drops have a wonderful rustic look. A fierce wild woman with raised arms, wide eyes and upright hair was etched into beige clay. Dots are found along the edge of each dangle. The etched areas were carefully painted with a dark brown paint to bring out the design and then fired in a kiln at high heat for strength and durability. The backside of the dangles was given a very light wash of brown. Since the dangles were individually handmade, they are very similar but not exactly the same.  Complementing the wild woman dangles brilliantly are artisan lampwork glass bead nuggets and sparkling Swarovski crystals. The lampwork beads were created with a lilac plum glass with a bit of beige. Fine silver raised dots were added around the middle for extra eye appeal. The lampwork beads are nuggets so they are not completely round. Capping the top of each nugget is a pewter bead cap with a leaf design. Above each bead cap is a mega-sparkle faceted Swarovski crystal bicone in a color called “lilac shadow,” a combination of lilac and clear crystal with a light gold coating. Sterling silver French hook earwires with an added lilac shadow crystal for extra sparkle finishes the fun earrings. The earthy necklace features an exquisitely glittering druzy agate pendant. Faceted brown fire agate, red garnet and sterling silver complement the druzy pendant perfectly. What is druzy? Druzy (or druse) refers to a coating of fine crystals over the surface of a rock cavity, usually within a geode or something similar. The druzy agate gemstone pendant is teardrop shaped and has a cavity running up the right side. The face of the pendant is absolutely covered in breathtaking, off-white crystals, looking as if someone sprinkled a thick layer of fine sugar crystals on it. And do the crystals sparkle and sparkle and then sparkle some more, shifting as the angle of light changes. The back of the pendant is smooth with the lovely natural pattern of the agate mother rock.  Adding glamor to the design and highlighting the pendant perfectly are faceted fire agate rounds and red garnet heishe along with sterling silver. Poppy Garden Earrings, Klimt Flowers Tibetan Beads Handmade Jewelry

Perfect jewelry for the woman who loves lightweight, boho style earrings inspired by a famous artist, the colorful RED POPPIES earrings will be treasured by any art lover and worn time and time again. Long and dangly, the one of a kind earrings feature Gustav Klimt inspired red poppy garden polymer clay dangles and amber resin Tibetan beads. The amazing Klimt influenced dangles were individually artisan made from black polymer clay. The multicolored poppy design was drawn freehand into the clay, shimmering acrylic pigments were hand painted in layers for depth and two layers of a crystal protectant were added for many years of wearing enjoyment. The unique hand painted design is filled with vibrant orange red poppies with sweeping swirls in complementing aqua blue, orange, copper and gold pigments.  A black “frame” enhances the flowers. The back side is finished in mixed metallic pigments with the artist’s mark. As you can see, the dangles are different but similar in design. Since the dangles are made from polymer clay, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  Stacked above the red poppy dangles, perfectly highlighting them, are Tibetan resin beads and glowing orange Czech glass beads. Handmade by artisans in Nepal in the traditional manner of mixing resin with amber dust, the vintage-look Tibetan beads are a rich honey amber color that are somewhat translucent. Adding even more eye interest, the resin beads are inlaid around the middle with dotted brass wire. The one of a kind earrings feature artisan created owl charms that look as if they were pulled from a book of antique bird illustrations. Faceted, translucent amber glass beads, indicolite Swarovski crystals, copper and sterling silver complement the owl dangles. The eye catching, square-shaped owl charms look as if they are vintage jewelry pieces. But they are faux vintage, having been individually hand cut, filed and sanded from modern copper with a permanent metal owl transfer.  The beautiful owls, which look very similar to barn owls, are light beige and a medium cinnamon brown color with darker feather markings. The head is gazing to the left and features a whitish, heart-shaped face with a dark eye and a pale beak. The background is a somewhat mottled sky blue. Since the dangles were individually handmade, there are slight differences which adds a wonderful antique vibe.  Because the charms are made from copper, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  To perfectly highlight the colors in the owl charms, faceted Czech glass beads and Swarovski crystals were stacked above the dangles. The exquisite teardrop-shaped flower dangles were individually handmade.  A pink rose permanent transfer was added to white polymer clay, the pink roses and green leaves highlighted wonderfully against the white background. Two pink roses in full boom and several partly opened buds are seen along with green leaves. A shiny, protective resin coating was added to the front of the dangles for years of wearing pleasure. The back of the earrings have a matte pink polymer clay finish. To perfectly complement the rose dangles, artisan lampwork glass beads and faceted Czech rondelles were used. The lampwork glass beads were artisan handmade from translucent pale pink glass with a frosted, sea glass look. When worn, the lampwork beads absolutely glow in the light! Lotus Bud Necklace, Vintage Thai Silver Pearls Garnet Handmade Jewelry

The LOTUS BUD handmade necklace features a vintage Thai silver lotus bud amulet, peacock Keshi pearls and red garnet - unique yoga jewelry for women.

Filled with a hefty dose of sublime beauty, the LOTUS BUD handmade necklace is a perfect gift for the woman who practices yoga, meditates or just loves one of a kind jewelry. The meaningful necklace features a vintage Thai silver lotus bud pendant along with rainbow Keshi pearls, red garnet and sterling silver. The beautiful vintage amulet pendant, which is at least 40 years old, was crafted from fine silver by an artisan in Thailand. The raised design is of a lotus bud in an urn along with draping leaves, probably banana leaves. A rope design runs along the edge of the pendant. In Thailand, the lotus is a sacred flower and is a symbol of purity, faithfulness and spiritual awakening.  To perfectly complement the pendant, exquisite Keshi pearls and red garnet were used. Keshi pearls are natural, non-nucleated pearls and are normally found with an irregular shape. The Keshi pearls used in the necklace are absolutely stunning with their glowing peacock coloration of mainly shades of purples, greens, burgundy, and bronzes, often shifting color as the angle of the light changes. Except for the very beginning of the necklace on either side of the lotus bud amulet, the pearls are in groups of three. Between each Keshi pearl grouping is a group of natural garnet heishe in a rich dark red color. The heishe is hand cut so each piece is similar in size but not exactly the same. Small sterling silver beads separate the pearls from the garnet, adding bits of silver sheen to the necklace design. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the one of a kind LOTUS BUD necklace was created for the woman who loves meaningful, artisan designed jewelry.

The meaningful lotus bud pendant was crafted over 40 years ago by a Thai artists from fine silver.

Each slightly curved dangle was imprinted with a single word, “woof,” that is recessed from the background. To add an antiqued look, the dangles were heated with a butane torch to bring out the rich patina of the copper. The back of each dangle is slightly textured.  To add exquisite beauty and wonderful to the earrings design, two luxurious colors and shapes of Czech glass beads were stacked above the woof dangles. The larger rondelle-shaped bead was made from shimmering aqua opal glass that positively glows in the light. An earthy brownish tan Picasso finish coats both ends of the beads for a somewhat rustic look. Big and bold and oh, so beautiful, the RED HOT handmade necklace surely will make a statement each and every time it is worn. Jewelry for the woman who loves to wear one of a kind designs and loves the color combination of red and black, the necklace features large red magnesite rounds, black onyx discs and sterling silver. The large rounds are magnesite, a gemstone that is naturally an off white color with brown veins. Since it takes a dye easily, you often can find it in various colors, including red. Eleven permanently dyed red magnesite rounds make up the front of the necklace. The color is a rich, eye-catching red, each stone with darker veining, some with more, some less. The finish of the gemstones is glossy, oftentimes reflecting the light.  So that the unique necklace drapes gracefully, a single, high shine black onyx disc is found between each red magnesite round. A 3 mm sterling silver bead is found on each side of the discs. Three groups of five black onyx discs finish the back of the necklace, each group separated by a sterling bead. To securely clasp the necklace, a lovely sterling silver hook clasp set with hammered texture was used. Boho Birds Earrings, Colorful Enamel Peridot Crystals Handmade Jewelry

The fun "Sweet Tweets" boho earrings feature colorful enamel birds on a wire dangles with sterling chain and Swarovski crystals - unique bird jewelry for women.

Jewelry filled with vivid boho vibes, the colorful SWEET TWEETS handmade earrings will positively cheer you up every time you put the beauties on! Perfect for a woman who loves birds / is a birder, the lightweight, one of a kind earrings feature artisan made enameled charms, Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. The colorful bird charms were individually handmade, starting out as copper blanks in a half moon shape. White enamel glass powder was fused onto the blanks using a high temperature butane torch. Looking like dabs of watercolor, more glass powder was fused to the white background: red, orange, yellow, light green, blue and violet. Then, using a pattern, four black bird silhouettes sitting on a wire were added. Two birds are sitting and two are standing on the wire. As you can see in the photos, the bird design is a mirror image. The backside of each bird charm was fused with black glass powders for a professional finish. To give the colorful bird earrings great movement and sparkle at each turn of the head, thirteen links of a patterned sterling silver chain were used on each charm, connected to them with two sterling silver jump rings on each end for durability. Wire wrapped to the middle link of each chain is a mega-glitter faceted Swarovski crystal bicone. The color is called “peridot,” a soft, peaceful light green color, a perfect complement to the colors on the charms. A pair of sterling silver French hook earwires with an additional peridot green crystal on each adds even more glitter, finishing the unique earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the one of a kind SWEET TWEETS earrings were created for the woman who adores colorful artisan boho jewelry and loves our fine feathered bird friends.

The bird charms were individually artisan hand, fused enamel glass powder on a copper half moon blank.

Lotus Flower Earrings, Mint Green Sea Glass Handmade Yoga Jewelry Gift

The "Noble Lotus" handmade earrings feature sea glass look minty green lotus blossom beads and peridot green Swarovski crystals - unique yoga jewelry for women.

These beautiful NOBLE LOTUS flower earrings are a perfect jewelry gift for the spiritual woman who practices yoga and / or meditates. Lotus blossoms symbolize enlightenment, purity and rebirth in many cultures and religions, so these one of a kind beauties will be ones she’ll reach for time and time again. Czech glass lotus beads are featured in the handmade earrings and are combined with glittering Swarovski crystals, copper and sterling silver. A lovely multi-petal lotus flower design was impressed into minty green and clear glass coin beads. The translucent glass was given a matte finish for a glowing sea glass look. To bring out the beautiful details of the lotus blossom and the rustic small pits and “cracks,” a metallic bronze Picasso finish was applied which settled into the recessed areas.  Since the lotus coin beads are two sided, the yoga earrings look fabulous from any angle.  To add an even more beauty to the elegant earring design, a faceted Swarovski crystal bicone was added to the top of each lotus bead, separated by a small copper disc spacer. The color of the crystals is called “peridot,” a peaceful shade of green evoking the spirit of nature.  All of the components used to make the earrings were strung on handmade (by me) copper headpins with a hand hammered loop at the bottom.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the NOBLE LOTUS blossom will be a much loved gift for the woman who meditates, practices yoga and just loves to wear meaningful, one of a kind jewelry designs!

The lotus blossom coin beads were created in the Czech Republic from minty green and clear glass with a matte sea glass finish and an impressed lotus flower on each side.
