Perfect jewelry for the woman who loves lightweight, boho style earrings inspired by a famous artist, the colorful RED POPPIES earrings will be treasured by any art lover and worn time and time again. Long and dangly, the one of a kind earrings feature Gustav Klimt inspired red poppy garden polymer clay dangles and amber resin Tibetan beads. The amazing Klimt influenced dangles were individually artisan made from black polymer clay. The multicolored poppy design was drawn freehand into the clay, shimmering acrylic pigments were hand painted in layers for depth and two layers of a crystal protectant were added for many years of wearing enjoyment. The unique hand painted design is filled with vibrant orange red poppies with sweeping swirls in complementing aqua blue, orange, copper and gold pigments.  A black “frame” enhances the flowers. The back side is finished in mixed metallic pigments with the artist’s mark. As you can see, the dangles are different but similar in design. Since the dangles are made from polymer clay, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  Stacked above the red poppy dangles, perfectly highlighting them, are Tibetan resin beads and glowing orange Czech glass beads. Handmade by artisans in Nepal in the traditional manner of mixing resin with amber dust, the vintage-look Tibetan beads are a rich honey amber color that are somewhat translucent. Adding even more eye interest, the resin beads are inlaid around the middle with dotted brass wire. Two pink roses in full boom and several partly opened buds are seen along with green leaves. A shiny, protective resin coating was added to the front of the dangles for years of wearing pleasure. The back of the earrings have a matte pink polymer clay finish. To perfectly complement the rose dangles, artisan lampwork glass beads and faceted Czech rondelles were used. The lampwork glass beads were artisan handmade from translucent pale pink glass with a frosted, sea glass look. When worn, the lampwork beads absolutely glow in the light! To add even more pink goodness, a translucent Czech rondelle created from strawberry pink glass and milky opal glass was added above each lampwork bead, separated by a triangle-shaped, sterling silver spacer bead. Cheerful and colorful with a pair of dancing dragonflies, the DANZA LIBELLULA handmade boho earrings are a perfect gift for the woman who loves the amazing creatures. Lightweight to wear, they feature artisan polymer clay dragonfly teardrops, artisan lampwork glass beads and faceted Czech glass along with lead free pewter bead caps and sterling silver. The dragonfly dangles were created individually from white polymer clay in an upside down teardrop design. The dragonflies are raised against the background for wonderful texture and then were hand colored in joyful shades of bright pinks, sunny yellows, sky blues and leafy greens with some of the white base showing through to highlight the colors. The sides and the smooth backs of the teardrops are yellow. Since the teardrops were individually handmade, they are very similar in design but not exactly the same. To perfectly complement the exquisite dragonfly teardrops and to add translucent glow and subtle sparkle to the overall design, raspberry red lampwork beads and faceted Czech glass were used. The lampwork beads were artisan handmade from clear glass with a raspberry red frit added to give a speckled appearance. Because the glass is translucent, the glow they provide is amazing. A leafy lead free pewter bead cap tops the lampwork bead. Sitting on top of each lampwork bead is a pale yellow Czech glass bead. Since the beads are faceted the sparkles and shine with sunny translucency. Both have the same leaf design bead caps on the top and bottom. Colorful Abstract Art Earrings Polymer Clay Carnelian Handmade Jewelry

 

The colorful "Colores Brilliantes" handmade earrings feature artisan abstract art polymer clay dangles and two shapes of orange carnelian - unique jewelry for women.

Big and bold with a breathtaking palette of vivid abstract art colors, the unique COLORES BRILLIANTES handmade earrings will definitely add a large dose of boho dazzle to your earlobes! The rustic, one of a kind earrings feature very lightweight artisan polymer clay dangles and two shapes and sizes of orange carnelian gemstones. The dangles were individually created from black polymer clay, freehand etched and then hand painted with glistening colors with a metallic sheen. Bold curves and swirls are reminiscent of some of the more colorful art works of Jackson Pollock, Willem de Kooning and others. Shimmering acrylic pigments in hot orange, gold, bronze, medium purple, turquoise blue and various greens were hand painted onto the dangles. I just wish the photos could show the amazing shimmer these earrings have! For a fun, boho look, the dangles are somewhat similar in design but are also uniquely different, as you can see in the photos. After the final curing of the dangles, several layers of crystal protectant were applied. The back side of each dangle is also painted and is signed by the artist. Since the dangles were created from polymer clay, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.

To perfectly complement the colors of the polymer clay dangles, orange carnelian gemstones were used. Just above the dangles are beautiful orange carnelian hand carved rounds that suggest flowers. The carbed rounds are mainly a rich medium orange but have natural lighter and darker swirls. Just above each carved carnelian flower, separated by two copper disc spacers, is a carnelian disc, also a medium orange with lighter colored swirls. Since both gemstones are translucent, they glow so prettily when the earrings are worn. Sterling silver French hook earwires with a copper bead accent finishes the earrings beautifully. Feather Moon Star Earrings, Boho Turquoise Purple Handmade Jewelry

The "Celestial Feathers" handmade earrings feature artisan polymer clay feather dangles with a moon and star, Czech glass roller beads and Swarovski crystals - unique jewelry for women.

Created from long, colorful feather shaped polymer clay dangles, one with a moon and one with a star, these boho inspired handmade earrings just had to be named CELESTIAL FEATHERS. Designed with lightweight feather drops, premium Czech glass roller beads and Swarovski crystals, the one of a kind earrings will feed your inner gypsy. The feather dangles were individual artisan handmade from white polymer clay with a moon, a star, dots and lines impressed into the clay. The feathers were hand painted with a background of a greenish-blue turquoise polymer clay ink. Then more inks in shades of grass green, pale green, purple and fuchsia pink were brushed on creating two mini watercolor look paintings - art for the ears!  As you can see, the feathers are each one of a kind. The backs of the feathers are smooth and painted with turquoise inks. Copper wire wraps the top of the feathers. Because the feathers are made from polymer clay, the earrings are VERY lightweight to wear.

To perfectly complement the colorful feathers, premium quality Czech glass roller beads and Swarovski crystals top the feathers. The color of the Czech roller beads is called “royalty with their mix of blue, purple and green translucent glass with a shiny fire polished finish and facets. They have a metallic silver finish with a bit of the silver here and here on the exterior for a rustic look. The roller beads absolutely glow when the earrings are worn and have a single sparkle because of the faceting. To add mega sparkle, a faceted Swarovski crystal bicone sits on top of each roller bead, separated by a copper daisy spacer. The color of the crystals is called “medium vitrail.” A permanent multicolor foil was added to half of the faceted bicone. As the light travels through the crystal and strikes the foil, a breathtaking rainbow of colors can be seen: greens, purples, pinks, blues and golds. A single copper bead tops each crystal. Sterling silver French hook earwires with the addition of a small “medium vitrail” crystal finishes the unique earrings. Frida Kahlo Art Earrings, Self Portrait Polymer Clay Handmade Jewelry

The "Frida Preciosa" handmade earrings feature artisan polymer clay Frida dangles, magenta pink Czech glass roller beads and ruby Swarovski crystals - unique art jewelry for women.

The one of a kind FRIDA PRECIOSA handmade earrings are so very well named: “”gorgeous Frida” or “precious Frida,” indeed! These enchanting Frida Kahlo earrings are based on a full length self portrait, sometimes called “Between the Curtains,” painted in 1947 and dedicated to her friend Leon Trotsky. In the painting, she wears a long peach and white embroidered skirt, fringed brown shawl and gold jewelry. The Frida dangles are artisan created from high quality, rectangular-shaped black polymer clay with a permanent art transfer. For durability and shine, the dangles were given several coats of varnish. The self portrait has been closely cropped to only show Frida’s beautifull face and a pink flower in her hair. A black border acts like a frame to highlight the art . As you can see in the photos, the dangles are mirror images of each other, but, in the original painting, she is gazing to the right. The backside of the dangles are black and inscribed with the artist’s mark. Since the dangles are made from polymer clay, the earrings are very lightweight to wear. To perfectly complement the Frida Kahlo polymer clay dangles, premium Czech glass roller beads and sparkling Swarovski crystals were used. The roller beads were created from a gorgeous magenta pink and clear glass mix with a silver metallic center. They have a rustic finish to them to add an aged look, and, since they’re translucent, the beads absolutely glow when worn. And with the addition of facets, they also add subtle sparkle. And talking about sparkle, a single faceted Swarovski crystal bicone in a rich, eye catching color called “ruby” red was stacked on top of each roller bead, separated by a sterling silver daisy spacer. Sterling silver French hook earwires finish the earrings. Colorful Boho Teardrop Earrings, Lightweight Handmade Artisan Jewelry

The "Boema" boho style earrings were created from artisan handmade polymer clay teardrops and aqua blue faceted Czech glass beads - unique jewelry gift for women.

Filled with impeccable eye catching color, the BOEMA handmade earrings are perfect jewelry to wear when you want to flaunt your boho side. Very lightweight to wear, the earrings feature artisan made teardrop shaped polymer clay dangles, faceted aqua Czech glass beads, copper and sterling silver. The dangles were individually created from white polymer clay. They were cut into a teardrop shape, hand colored, etched and then baked for hardness and strength. As you can see, the rich colors fade into each other on a base of sunny yellow: turquoise blue to a dark lavender purple to a sunset pink with the yellow at the top, on the sides and on the back. The etched design, which highlights the white polymer clay, is whimsical with rays coming out from the bead hole and decorated with cross hatches dots and squiggles. The back of the teardrops are smooth and are a sunny yellow color. Since the teardrops were individually handmade, they are very similar in design but not exactly the same.  To perfectly complement the colorful teardrops and to add subtle sparkle to the overall design, two aqua blue Czech glass rondelles are stacked above. The gorgeous glass is translucent and positively glows when the earrings are worn. They are coated in a metallic golden Picasso finish which adds even more shine. Beautiful for spring and summer wear, the charming PAPAVERI ROSSI handmade earrings have a lovely vintage feel to them. The one of a kind flower earrings feature artisan created red poppy charms that are reminiscent of faded Victorian botanical illustrations. Rustic red coral discs are a perfect pairing to the red poppies. The eye catching poppies dangles look as if they were upcycled from old cookie or tea tins - but they only mimic rustic vintage tins. The dangles were individually hand cut, filed and sanded from modern copper. A permanent metal transfer was applied for the faux tin look.  A field of red poppies against a creamy white background with green buds and stems are found on each charm. Because the charms are made from copper, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  The red poppy copper dangles are perfectly complemented with hand cut red coral discs stacked above them. Filled with the cheerfulness and beauty of spring, the CHERRY BLOSSOMS handmade earrings are perfect anytime you need a quick jewelry pick me up. Created with artisan pink cherry blossom flower dangles, pink roller beads and opal beige Czech glass, the earrings are very lightweight to wear. The pink flower charms look as if they are vintage jewelry pieces, but they are “faux vintage,” made to look well-loved. The charms were individually hand cut, filed and sanded from modern copper with permanent metal transfer.   The image is a profusion of detailed blooming cherry blossoms, shading from pale pink to darker pink, highlighted against a gorgeous blue sky. A tree branch also can be seen peeking through the flowers. The dangles are mirror images of each other, and, since they were individually handmade, there are slight differences which add wonderful rustic, antique vibes. The perfectly named  O TANNENBAUM handmade earrings will become favorite holiday jewelry for years to come since they are filled with the magic and wonder of Christmas trees on a snowy day.  The unique feature artisan created, vintage look Christmas trees and snowflakes charms with sparkling emerald green Swarovski crystals. The Christmas tree charms mimic upcycled vintage tins: they were individually hand cut, filed and sanded from modern copper. A permanent metal transfer was applied to the copper circles and  sealed for years of wearing pleasure. The round dangles feature snow flocked green Christmas trees with three rings of snow and a slightly leaning snowball on top. The charms have a light aqua blue background with snowflakes falling here and there.  Because the charms are made from copper, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  Since all Christmas jewelry needs a huge dose of incredible sparkle, two sizes of faceted Swarovski crystal bicones were stacked above the Christmas tree charms. Butterfly Wings Earrings, Black White Polymer Clay Handmade Jewelry

The "Zebra Swallowtail" handmade earrings feature artisan butterfly wing dangles, black Swarovski crystals and Tibetan agate - one of a kind jewelry gift for women.

The ZEBRA SWALLOWTAIL nature inspired handmade earrings are so very reminiscent of the wings of a butterfly when first emerging from its chrysalis after its magical transformation from a caterpillar to a butterfly. Folded and crumpled and sometimes different sizes, these unique earrings capture that transformative moment forever. The one of a kind earrings feature lightweight, polymer clay butterfly wing dangles, Swarovski crystals and Tibetan agate. The beautifully patterned butterfly wings were artisan created from polymer clay in black, white and pink, inspired by an actual zebra swallowtail (minus the tail). The wings are two sided, folded, and one is just a bit bigger than the other by only about 2 mm. Because these lightweight beauties are two-sided, they look fabulous and intriguing from any angle.  To perfectly complement the butterfly wings, sparkling Swarovski crystal bicones in a color called “jet” black were used. A single small sterling silver bead separates it from a black and ivory Tibetan agate gemstone bead. The Tibetan agate is also faceted to add even more subtle glitter to the overall design.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the ZEBRA SWALLOWTAIL butterfly wing earrings were created for the woman who loves the beauty of butterflies and adores wearing lightweight artisan jewelry.

Southwest Spirals Earrings, Rustic Polymer Clay Turquoise Jewelry Gift

The "Desert Canyonlands" handmade earrings feature artisan polymer clay petroglyph spiral dangles, artisan  lampwork glass beads and genuine turquoise - unique jewelry for women.

Filled with the weathered, organic look of petroglyphs found in a deep canyon in the Desert Southwest, the DESERT CANYONLANDS are a perfect jewelry gift for the woman who loves rustic looking, artisan jewelry. The one of a kind earrings feature artisan polymer clay dangles, artisan lampwork glass beads and genuine turquoise. The dangles were individually handmade from a single piece of white polymer clay, the swirling spiral design drawn freehand and then incised. The polymer clay was then cut in half, washed with dark brown and rusty copper acrylic pigments, and after the final curing, a crystal protectant was applied. Because the dangles are made from polymer clay, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  To perfectly complement the Southwest feel of the petroglyph design, speckled brown lampwork glass beads and genuine turquoise was used. The lampwork beads, also artisan handmade, were created from clear glass that was peppered with brown glass frit to make dots and splotches, perfect with the small dots on the polymer clay dangles. Stacked on the lampwork beads are genuine turquoise gemstone rounds, separated by copper daisy spacers. The turquoise has more of a greenish cast with a bit of pale brown. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the unique DESERT CANYONLANDS definitely evoke the spirit of the Desert Southwest for the woman who enjoys wearing artisan jewelry.
