With their rustic, worn look, the TWILIGHT OWLS handmade earrings are a perfect jewelry gift for a woman who is a birder or who just loves the majesty and beauty of owls. The one of a kind beauties feature rustic, two sided Czech glass coin beads created with a whimsical owl design and light blue Swarovski crystals. The coin-shaped owl beads, made in small batches in the Czech Republic, started out as opaque black base glass with an owl impressed into each side. A Picasso finish of mossy lichen colors was applied and then a turquoise blue wash was added. The blue wash settled into the recessed areas and “cracks” to highlight the details of the owl design, each side of the bead being a bit different. Since the owl beads are two sided, the earrings look charming from any angle when worn.  To perfectly complement the owl design and to add mega sparkle, faceted Swarovski crystal bicones were added to the top of the owl beads, separated by a small sterling silver bead. The handmade "K’winna Aynshe "earrings feature Zuni black bear fetish glass beads, genuine faceted turquoise, red coral rounds and sterling silver chain - jewelry for women.

The unique Zuni inspired fetish bear earrings certainly contain a hearty dose of Southwest splendor. The handmade dangle earrings, named K’WINNA AYNSHE, feature Czech glass black bear fetish beads, genuine faceted blue turquoise, red coral rounds and patterned sterling silver chain. The eye catchers of the wonderful earrings are the Zuni inspired Czech glass black bear beads. The beads started out with an opaque black glass base. To give a look of oldness to the bears, a mottled Picasso finish of mainly amber and cream was applied with pale hints of red here and there.  To add more than a bit of Southwest feel to the one of a kind earrings, faceted turquoise and red coral rounds were added above each bear. The "Faithful" handmade necklace features a two sided pewter faithful dog pendant, red coral, Picasso jasper and sterling silver - meaningful gift for women.

The one of a kind FAITHFUL necklace is a perfect piece of handmade jewelry to gift a woman who loves dogs, especially if her dog(s) is a rescue. The meaningful design features a two sided, lead free pewter dog pendant, brilliant red coral nuggets and earthy Picasso jasper. The star of the one of a kind necklace is the lead free pewter dog pendant. It has a wonderfully rustic look to it since it was patterned after wax seal stamps that were once used to secure letters and documents. The pendant is two-sided. The front features a raised dog design with the word “faithful” above it. The backside has the word "FAITHFUL" on a raised sign. To lend a vintage feel, the charm was coated with a dark patina and then polished, leaving the raised areas shiny to bring out the lovely detail. To perfectly highlight the dog pendant, bright red coral nuggets and earthy colored Picasso jasper gemstones was used. Three pieces of red coral were used on each side of where the pendant connects and is then placed in groups of two with a jasper round separating them. The color of the Picasso jasper rounds range in shades of brown, from a light tan to darker browns, some with hints of gray. Separating the red coral from the jasper are small, glowing sterling silver beads. The necklace is finished with a small toggle clasp set. Created for the woman who cares for and loves dogs deeply, the unique FAITHFUL necklace was carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs.

Van Gogh Art Earrings, Wheat Field with Cypress Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "Wheat Field" with Cypress features a Van Gogh painting permanent transfer on polymer clay, and Czech glass beads - unique art jewelry for women.

The colorful WHEAT FIELD WITH CYPRESS art earrings are inspired by the 1889 Vincent van Gogh painting of the same name. The one of a kind earrings were created with rectangle-shaped polymer clay art dangles, glowing premium Czech glass roller beads, faceted creamy yellow Czech glass beads and sterling silver. The unique dangles are individually artisan handmade from high quality black polymer clay with a permanent van Gogh art transfer. For durability and shine, the dangles were given several coats of varnish. A black border on the polymer clay rectangle dangles defines the pastoral scene. The backside of the dangles are black and inscribed with the artist’s mark. Since the dangles are made from polymer clay, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  To perfectly highlight the earthy colors of van Gogh’s painting, two types of Czech glass beads were used. The larger are premium glass roller beads, a wonderful combination of orange, yellow and fuchsia with a glossy fire polished finish. The center is a silver metallic finish which causes the beads to absolutely glow. Above each roller bead, separated by a sterling silver daisy spacer, is a small, single creamy yellow Czech bead. Since the beads are faceted, they provide subtle sparkle to the earrings design. Sterling silver French hook earwires with a creamy yellow Czech bead finish the beautiful earrings. Copper Ammonite Necklace, Spiral Unakite Peridot Coral Handmade Jewelry

The "Whispers of Time" handmade necklace features an artisan copper ammonite pendant, unakite, copal and peridot gemstones - unique jewelry for women.

Filled with amazing earthy elegance, the WHISPERS OF TIME handmade necklace is a perfect gift for the woman who loves to wear stylish artisan jewelry. The one of a kind necklace features an artisan created copper ammonite spiral pendant, unakite barrels, green peridot nuggets and pale pink coral drums. The gorgeous ammonite pendant was handcrafted from beginning to end from precious copper metal clay.  The solid copper pendant was patinated and polished to bring out the incredible detail. An actual ammonite, from 240 - 65 million years old, was used to make the mold for the pendant! As you can see in the photos, the ammonite gracefully ridged spirals.  A ridged bail at the top of the pendant attaches it to the main body of the necklace.  Three types of gemstones perfectly complement the pendant: unakite, peridot and coral. The colors of the barrel-shaped unakite are very earthy: mostly shades of mottled green with dark terracotta accents, although a few beads are mostly terracotta with a few sprinkles of green. To lighten the color of the design, pale pink coral drums are scattered throughout the necklace, capped by copper spacers and green peridot nuggets. The coral is faceted so provides subtle sparkle to the necklace. The green peridot are nugget-shaped so they are similar in size but not exactly. The gorgeous beads started out as transparent clear glass. Then violet purple and fuchsia pink glass frit was added to create random dots and splotches. Tiger Face Boho Earrings, Ceramic Lampwork Pearls Handmade Jewelry

The "Los Tigres" handmade earrings feature artisan ceramic tiger shield dangles, artisan lampwork glass beads, Swarovski crystals pearls and Swarovski crystals - unique tiger jewelry for women.

Go more than a little wild when wearing the LOS TIGRES handmade earrings! The earrings are almost hypnotizing in their unique boho beauty - just take a look at the intense expression on the faces of the majestic tigers. The one of a kind earrings feature artisan made ceramic tiger face shield shaped dangles, rustic artisan lampwork bead nuggets, Swarovski pearls and Swarovski crystals - all mixed together to create a pair of earrings you’ll want to wear over and over again. The tiger shield-shaped charms were individually handmade from ceramic earthstone, bronze clay, a gloss glaze, black and white tiger face ceramic decals and a final lustre glaze. The charms were kiln fired a total of three times for strength and durability. As you can see, the tiger faces are exquisite in their detailing and power, each one just a bit different as with real tiger faces. The shields are curved towards the back; the back scorched to a shimmery finish.  Despite being rather large earrings, they are lightweight to wear.  To perfectly complement the tiger shield charms, rustic lampwork glass bead nuggets also individually artisan made, were stacked above the dangles. They started out as a base of taupe glass that were heavily etched. Then a layer of translucent mellow yellow glass with frit speckles was added around the middle of each. When the frit was added, it produced spots and speckles in shades of blue, dark red-brown and green with a prismatic effect in sunlight. Since the beads are nuggets, they are not exactly the same size and shape. To counter the heavily rustic appearance of the lampwork beads, sleek and shiny white Swarovski crystal pearls were added on top, separated by sterling silver daisy spacers. Then, to highlight the blue specks of the lampwork beads, indigo blue Swarovski crystals cap the white pearls and were added to the sterling silver French hook earwires. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the LOS TIGRES earrings were created for the woman who loves the magnificent animals and who loves to wear one of a kind artisan jewelry.  “Los tigres” is Spanish for ”the tigers.”

With their luscious jet blue and black dragonfly beads, sparkling indigo Swarovski crystals and glowing copper, the one of a kind BLUE DRAGONFLY earrings are filled with eye catching loveliness. The handmade, nature inspired earrings feature Czech glass coin beads with a dragonfly image impressed into the front and back. The opaque glass is a mix of blue and black with a high gloss finish. A silky lighter blue Picasso finish was applied to bring out the lovely detail of the dragonflies and adds a rustic look to the overall design. The beautiful BLUE ICICLES earrings are truly unique, a pair of boho earrings for the woman who adores one of a kind artisan jewelry. The handmade earrings feature cool blue lampwork glass pieces created by two talented artists and sparkling white opal Swarovski crystals. The eye catching “icicle” spikes hanging at the bottom of the earrings were created from dark blue, almost black, glass with streaks of icy blue running up and down for a lovely contrast. The glass spikes taper from the top to bottom with each tip having a tiny “drop.” Because the blue glass icicles were individually handmade, as you can see in the photos they are not exactly the same, something that adds extreme charm to the overall design. Above the icicles, separated by two copper daisy spacers, are two lampwork glass rondelles, also individually artisan handmade. The lush blue lampwork beads beads started out as clear glass. When they were still in their molten stage, a rich midnight blue glass frit was applied to form the subtle spots. These lampwork beads positively glow when backlit! A faceted Swarovski crystal "white opal" bicone sits on top of the blue rondelles, separated by a copper daisy spacer. The sparkling crystals are well names since various colors show up when the light hits them just right - just like an opal, something the photos fail to show. As you can see, the details of the feather design are amazing, three rows radiating gracefully from the hole at the top of the pendant.  To perfectly mimic the pointed ends of the feather design on the pendant, gorgeous mixed agate graduated nuggets were used. The agate has an interesting cut, a faceted nugget, most with somewhat pointy ends. To add even more interest, ½ of the nuggets drilled long wise while ½ were drilled through the middle. The colors range naturally from very dark brown through rusty reds, mustard yellows, grays and whites, many with more than one color with swirls, spots and wavy lines.  Since the nuggets are faceted, they lend subtle glow to the necklace. The copper pendant was artisan handmade and was inspired by bird feathers.

Horned Owl Earrings, Faux Vintage Brown Pink Handmade Jewelry Gift

The one of a kind "Tylluam Fawr" handmade earrings feature artisan created horned owl dangles and two types of pink beads - unique bird jewelry for women.

TYLLUAM FAWR is Welsh for "great owl" and was the perfect name for these majestic looking owl earrings.  Perfect nature inspired jewelry for the woman who loves birds, the one of a kind, earrings feature artisan created copper horned owl charms ,faceted pink Czech glass and sparkling light rose pink Swarovski crystals.  Looking as if they were pulled from a book of old bird illustrations, the stars of the earrings are the stately owls, a permanent metal transfer onto copper in shades of mostly browns. The ear tufts, or “horns” are prominent as are the black orange rimmed eyes. The background is somewhat mottled with swirls and spirals shading from an off white on top to a rosy pink at the bottom.  Because the charms are made from copper, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  Two types of pink beads were used to perfectly highlight the horned owls and to bring out the pink in the backgrounds. Stacked directly above the owl dangles are premium faceted Czech glass roller beads. They absolutely glow since they have a metallic copper center surrounded by various shades of pink and clear glass.  Mega sparkle Swarovski crystals are found above the roller beads in a "light rose" pink.    Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the one of a kind TYLLUAM FAWR earrings will be much loved and often worn by the woman who adores artisan owl jewelry.
