MYSTIQUE is definitely a perfect name for this exquisite handmade bracelet - just look at the alluring gemstones used to create it! A beauty you will want to wear again and again, the one of a kind bracelet features silver leaf jasper rounded rectangles, red coral nuggets and sterling silver. Not a common gemstone, silver leaf jasper is prized for its earthy swirls and bandings of ivory, tan, grays and blacks with a bit of reddish orange thrown in here and there. Look closely at the photos and you’ll see that some of the gemstones have what looks like a natural landscape or river design. Seven silver leaf rectangles make up the main body of the bracelet, each piece a one of a kind masterpiece.

To add pops of color to the bracelet, hand cut red coral nuggets are found between each rectangle, separated by small glowing sterling silver beads. The coral is mostly round, but since they’re hand cut nuggets, they’re similar but aren’t exactly the same in shape and size. Two pieces of red coral, again separated by a small sterling bead, are found at each end of the bracelet. A sleek sterling silver toggle clasp set securely fastens the bracelet when it’s worn. If you're looking for wonderfully organic gemstone earrings to go a little wild in, then the MACCHIATA teardrop earrings are perfect for you! Earthy jewelry that you will reach for over and over again, the earrings were created with spotted leopardite jasper, copper and sterling silver. Mined in Peru, leopardite jasper (also sometimes called safari jasper) has leopard-like spots and swirls created by iron and manganese deposits. In fact the name “jasper” is derived from Greek and means “spotted stone.” The earrings feature two amazing leopardite teardrops with a background of pale creamy beige liberally sprinkled with spots of varying sizes and shapes. The colors of the spots range from a rusty brown through taupe darker brown and black, beautifully highlighted by the pale background. As you can see in the photos, each teardrop is similar but each definitely has its own spotted personality.  

To add eye catching glow to the earrings design, small copper discs spacers cap the top and bottom of the leopardite jasper teardrops. One disc with a small copper bead is found at the bottom. A stack of two discs and a copper bicone bead is found at the top. All the elements used to create the earrings were strung on handmade copper head pins with hand hammered loops at the end. Sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents finish the earrings perfectly. The one of a kind Mother Nature's Stars handmade necklace was created with starburst jasper, coppery freshwater pearls and sterling silver - unique jewelry for women.

The spectacular semi precious gemstones used in the one of a kind MOTHER NATURE’S STARS handmade necklace look like brilliant sprays of stars or fireworks. Although the gemstone is called starburst jasper (also chrysanthemum jasper and spider jasper), it is actually not a jasper at all but a type of rhyolite formed during volcanic activity. The star patterns are large crystals that were created during the slow cooling of lava. Each of the seven gemstones used in the artisan necklace is covered in starburst patterns, front and back, contrasting exquisitely against a darker background in various shades of brown. To add even more beauty, each piece of the somewhat chunky, flattened jasper is large faceted on the edges and has a high, glossy shine, perfect to catch and reflect the light. Sterling silver daisy spacers frame each end of the jasper.  To add more than a touch of radiance to the necklace and to complement the colors of the starburst jasper perfectly, freshwater potato pearls separate each piece of starburst jasper and finish the back of the necklace. The warm, coppery color of the pearls range from a more golden shades to some a more orange-y look. The "Faithful" handmade necklace features a two sided pewter faithful dog pendant, red coral, Picasso jasper and sterling silver - meaningful gift for women.

The one of a kind FAITHFUL necklace is a perfect piece of handmade jewelry to gift a woman who loves dogs, especially if her dog(s) is a rescue. The meaningful design features a two sided, lead free pewter dog pendant, brilliant red coral nuggets and earthy Picasso jasper. The star of the one of a kind necklace is the lead free pewter dog pendant. It has a wonderfully rustic look to it since it was patterned after wax seal stamps that were once used to secure letters and documents. The pendant is two-sided. The front features a raised dog design with the word “faithful” above it. The backside has the word "FAITHFUL" on a raised sign. To lend a vintage feel, the charm was coated with a dark patina and then polished, leaving the raised areas shiny to bring out the lovely detail. To perfectly highlight the dog pendant, bright red coral nuggets and earthy colored Picasso jasper gemstones was used. Three pieces of red coral were used on each side of where the pendant connects and is then placed in groups of two with a jasper round separating them. The color of the Picasso jasper rounds range in shades of brown, from a light tan to darker browns, some with hints of gray. Separating the red coral from the jasper are small, glowing sterling silver beads. The necklace is finished with a small toggle clasp set. St Francis Italian Pendant Necklace, Jasper Handmade Catholic Jewelry

The St. Francis handmade religious necklace features a bronze St. Francis two-sided pendant, jasper, horn and copper - meaningful jewelry for woman.

St. Francis, the patron saint of animals and the environment, is probably one of the most venerated religious figures. To honor the humble saint, the meaningful, one of a kind ST. FRANCIS necklace features an artisan cast, two-sided solid bronze St. Francis pendant. It was patterned after an antique Italian pendant for Old World charm, polished to a lovely warm glow.  Raised against the background is the saint himself with a flock of doves, one resting peacefully on his outstretched hand. The back of the pendant has the Blessing of St. Francis in Italian. To complement the bronze pendant, brecciated jasper tubes and small horn discs were used. As you can see in the photos, the rich colors of the jasper range from a dark brick red to a very pale beige with interesting swirls, spots and blotches - each one unique. Between the first six groupings of three brecciated jasper tubes are amber colored bone discs, adding gorgeous color and beautiful texture.  A meaningful jewelry gift for a woman of Catholic of faith and / or a woman who loves animals and is concerned about the environment, the ST. FRANCIS necklace was carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs. 

The two-sided St. Francis pendant was hand cast from pure bronze based on an antique Italian pendant.

Celtic Knot Triquestra Boho Dangle Earrings

These earthy Celtic knot gemstone earrings are inspired by the Irish countryside and perfect for gift giving to anyone who loves Ireland. Their boho chic styling gives them a nice versatility for dressy or casual wear. The main feature of these handmade dangles are two oval rainforest jasper beads, one on each earring. This gemstone has variations in color shading as well as inclusions of quartz and other minerals; thus each bead is a one-of-a-kind creation of Mother Nature. Under the jasper ovals dangle the Celtic knot charms, small but shiny and beautifully detailed with a triple loop eternal knot, also known as a triquestra or Celtic triad. ABOUT THE CELTIC TRIAD SYMBOL
The Celtic triad symbol, aka the triquestra, is frequently found in Irish Christian art, including the Book of Kells, where it symbolizes the Holy Trinity. In this way, it is similar to the shamrock, which Saint Patrick employed in his teachings on the Trinity. The triad is typically incorporated in the building of other images, such as the Cross. As an ancient pagan symbol, it has possible connections to the Celtic Brigid, a triple-aspect goddess that some believe is an earlier, pre-Christian precursor of Saint Brigid. Peaceful Goddess with Spiral Necklace, Earthy Jasper Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "Síochánta" handmade necklace was created with an artisan polymer clay goddess pendant, earthy jasper rondelles and copper - goddess jewelry for women.

Filled with a warm, tranquil feeling, the SÍOCHÁNTA goddess necklace is a perfect necklace to wear when you are in a contemplative mood . . . or just want to make a fabulous fashion statement. The one of a kind necklace features an artisan handmade goddess pendant with a peaceful look on her face, earthy colored jasper gemstones and glowing copper. The stunning, rustic pendant, which looks like an ancient artefact, was created from off-white polymer clay that was molded into a serene goddess face with closed eyes. The goddess has a spiral design in the middle of her forehead, a spiraling horn is found at the bottom of the pendant and a flower petal-like design around most of the edge of the face. Alcohol inks in shades of light olive green, creamy yellow, dark brown and teal were hand painted on the face. The dark brown ink particularly settled into the recessed areas bringing out the amazing detail and texture of the pendant. The back of the pendant is also painted and is smooth in texture. Two heavy duty copper jump rings connect the goddess pendant to the main body of the necklace. “Síochánta” is Gaelic for “peaceful.”

***Please note: the photos show the raised areas of the goddess pendant, most notably the mouth and nose, as being particularly light in color. In real life, those areas blend much more evenly into the color scheme of the pendant.

To perfectly complement the goddess face pendant, chunky jasper gemstone rondelles were used. The natural earthy swirling colors of the jasper range from pale beige through mossy greens, brick red to black, many pieces containing several of the colors, each piece unique. The jasper is graduated in size, the larger gemstones in front and the smaller to the back. To add gorgeous glow and a sinuous drape to the overall design, 3 mm copper beads separate each jasper rondelle. A handmade (by me) copper hook clasp and hammered closed ring finishes the necklace. Rudraksha, Turquoise, Jasper Mala Prayer Tassel Bracelet

Cool blue chalk turquoise stones really pop against the rudraksha and camel jasper beads. This BOHO trendy mala bracelet is alive with colors and texture.

RUDRAKSHA MALA PRAYER BRACELET

 To begin I selected a guru center bead carved from carnelian. On each side I spaced rudraksha beads with their beautifully warm reddish brown shades. They also add a lot of texture and interest to the bracelet. Beige came jasper beads are added in-between the rudraksha beads. For a pop of bright color, I selected blue chalk turquoise beads. Chalk turquoise is a form of natural turquoise that has a white chalk-like consistency. It has the same chemical composition as turquoise, only without the copper. It is actually copper minerals that give turquoise it's beautiful blue color. The chalk turquoise is stabilized and color enhanced to be used in jewelry. To finish off the mala bracelet I selected a silk copper colored tassel. The bracelet has been double strung using gold colored stretch cord. Since stretch cord is used, this bracelet is a one-size fits all.

Rudraksha: is a divine seed worn by mankind for good health, religious attainment through Japa (Power) and Shakti and for fearless life. It is said that rudraksha seeds, combined with other stones create different power combinations. 

Camel jasper: is believed to be the stone of choice when it comes to connecting with past times and the energies of nature, so it is used both in work connected with past lives and contacting nature spirits. It is thought to harmonize energies both inside the wearers body and between the wearer and his surroundings. It is used to improve the skill of visualization.

Turquoise (chalk): is connected with the fifth chakra. It is held to be a stone of straight, honest communication.

Carnelian: are stones of action, that will give you the courage and confidence to move forward on a new path in life. Like most orange stones, Carnelian is a stone of the sacral chakra.
