The one of a kind Mother Nature's Stars handmade necklace was created with starburst jasper, coppery freshwater pearls and sterling silver - unique jewelry for women.

The spectacular semi precious gemstones used in the one of a kind MOTHER NATURE’S STARS handmade necklace look like brilliant sprays of stars or fireworks. Although the gemstone is called starburst jasper (also chrysanthemum jasper and spider jasper), it is actually not a jasper at all but a type of rhyolite formed during volcanic activity. The star patterns are large crystals that were created during the slow cooling of lava. Each of the seven gemstones used in the artisan necklace is covered in starburst patterns, front and back, contrasting exquisitely against a darker background in various shades of brown. To add even more beauty, each piece of the somewhat chunky, flattened jasper is large faceted on the edges and has a high, glossy shine, perfect to catch and reflect the light. Sterling silver daisy spacers frame each end of the jasper.  To add more than a touch of radiance to the necklace and to complement the colors of the starburst jasper perfectly, freshwater potato pearls separate each piece of starburst jasper and finish the back of the necklace. The warm, coppery color of the pearls range from a more golden shades to some a more orange-y look. They are called potato pearls since they are not perfectly round, most are more oblong, and some have ridges, adding wonderful texture to the necklace design. A hammered sterling silver hook clasp adds an elegant finish. Vintage Batik Bone Necklace, Chunky Black White Handmade Jewelry Gift

The unique "Serengeti Song" handmade necklace features African batik bone beads, black onyx and sterling silver - tribal inspired jewelry for her.

Big and bold and beautiful, the one of a kind SERENGETI SONG necklace is quite the chunky statement piece with ethnic-inspired flair! The unique handmade necklace features vintage black and white African batik bone beads, black onyx and sterling silver. Seventeen vintage (50+ years) batik bone beads make up the main body of the necklace. A fun, 12-sided polygon shape, the bone beads were individually had formed and decorated by artisans in Ghana; each bead is similar in design, color and shape but not exactly the same. The center of the beads are filled with black wood where the bead hole was drilled through. Mainly black and white, the there is some brown shading here and there. Since these are old vintage beads, there is some wear which adds even more tribal-inspired beauty.  Capping each side of the bone beads are shiny black onyx discs. To add sinuous drape and eye catching glow to the necklace, sterling silver beads separate the black onyx. The back of the necklace is finished with two groupings of five onyx discs separated by sterling beads. A textured sterling silver hook clasp set finishes the necklace securely. Chunky Tribal Necklace, Vintage Resin Bone Howlite Handmade Jewelry

The "Tribal Adventure" handmade necklace feature vintage resin beads, African batik bone beads and turquoise howlite - unique jewelry for women.

Filled with fabulous ethnic boho vibes, the chunky TRIBAL ADVENTURE necklace definitely makes a unique eye catching statement whenever worn (which will be often!). The one of a kind necklace features three vintage rondelle shaped black and white striped resin beads, black and white African batik horn beads and turquoise howlite gemstones. The three striped focal beads were upcycled from a vintage necklace and mimic African batik beads. Created from man made resin, they are in excellent shape and show very little wear and sport a high gloss finish.  To perfectly highlight the vintage resin beads, six fair trade batik bone beads were used, each individually handmade by members of an African artists co-op in Ghana. They are black with white accents and hints of dark brown. The batik beads are a unique shape: roundish but with three large “facets” cut on each end adding wonderful eye interest and texture. Beautiful turquoise howlite gemstone rounds separated the vintage beads and batik beads. Howlite is naturally and off white stone with gray to black matix. Since howlite takes a dye easily, it can be found in a wide variety of colors, such as these soft turquoise colored beauties. Pink Rose Quartz Chunky Necklace, Asteroid Swarovski Handmade Jewelry

The "Pink Asteroids" handmade necklace was created with unique asteroid cut rose quartz nuggets and light rose Swarovski crystals - perfect jewelry for the woman who loves pink.

Perfect for the woman who loves the color pink AND chunky gemstone statement jewelry, the PINK ASTEROIDS handmade necklace is a one of a kind beauty. Perfect as a birthday gift, Mother's Day gift, Easter gift, or "just because," the elegant necklace was created from pale pink rose quartz nuggets, light rose pink Swarovski crystals, pewter flower shaped bead caps and sterling silver.  The rose quartz gemstones graduate in size, the largest in front and the smallest in the back. But what makes these gemstones so unique is their fun cut, called “asteroid.” The rose quartz nuggets were first etched for a velvety matte finish. Then each bead had numerous, highly polished flat “windows” cut into it for an outer space asteroid look. Highlighted by the frosted finish, the windows reflect the light and positively sparkle at the slightest movement when the necklace is worn. Because the rose quartz pieces are nuggets, each is different from the other: in size, shape and the number of windows. Some nuggets are very translucent while some are more opaque - some have both in a single stone. For extra shine, each rose quartz nugget is capped on both ends with a small silver over pewter floral bead cap.

The asteroid cut rose quartz nuggets are graduated in size, largest in the front and smallest at the back.

To add even more pink goodness to the necklace - and even more sparkle - faceted light rose pink Swarovski crystal separate each rose quartz nugget. The crystals are a deeper pink than the gemstones, adding great eye appeal. A small sterling silver bead separates each crystal from the flower shaped bead caps. Rustic Orange Coral and Copper Necklace, Chunky Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "Mermaid's Dream" handmade necklace features rustic orange sponge coral drums and copper.

Big and bold with a vibrant, eye catching color, the MERMAID’S DREAM handmade orange coral statement necklace is sure to please the woman who loves chunky, one of a kind jewelry. The beautiful necklace features rustic orange sponge coral drums that weren’t carved and polished smooth. Instead, as you can see in the photos, each individual drum is filled with natural color variations and many crannies and pits that are typical to coral, adding tremendous texture to the necklace design. Despite the rustic look, the coral drums are buffed to a lovely glow, a fun juxtaposition between the rustic and polished areas. The coral drums are slightly graduated, the larger pieces found in the front and the smaller to the back of the necklace.

The orange sponge coral drums show a variation of color and have natural pits and crannies for amazing texture.

To perfectly complement the warm color of the orange coral, gleaming copper beads and daisy spacers separate each drum. A copper daisy spacers snugs each end of the coral and a 3 mm copper bead was put in the middle. Such a rich look! To finish the necklace, a copper teardrop shaped toggle clasp set was used.
