Looking for fun handmade jewelry for the woman who loves birds and / or is a birder? These one of a kind BIRDS OF A FEATHER earrings are perfect, guaranteed to make the recipient smile! Created with sweet copper bird charm dangles, unique Czech glass beads, copper and sterling silver, they will quickly become favorites for the bird lover on your gift list. The delightful bird dangles look as if they are vintage jewelry pieces, but they are “faux vintage,” made to look well-worn and well-loved. The charms were created from modern copper: individually hand cut into a round shape, filed for silky smooth edges and sanded. A permanent metal transfer was applied and then the charms were sealed for years of wearing pleasure. The image on both charms is a colorful bird against an “antiqued” white background. The colorful dotted birds have a medium blue breast, stomach and tale, wings that shade from a pale to dark brown and a pale blue head. Both birds are facing the same way, to the left. Since the bird charms were individually handmade, there are slight differences which add wonderful rustic, antique vibes. The backside of the dangles are shiny copper. These earrings are VERY lightweight to wear.  

To perfectly highlight the charms, especially the color of the wings of the birds, translucent golden amber brown Czech glass beads hang above the dangles. The beads are an unusual shape, like a slightly smashed oval with a hole in a concave center. To give an aged look, a permanent Picasso finish was applied with a darker amber color and pale mossy lichen green. Because the beads are translucent, they positively glow when worn. The Czech beads are connected to bird charms by a heavy duty copper jump ring. They are rustically wire wrapped with copper wire to attach to sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the happy-looking BIRDS OF A FEATHER earrings were created for the woman who loves wearing lightweight artisan jewelry with a bird theme.

The bird charms were individually artisan handmade from copper with a permanent metal transfer - they are very similar but not exactly the same.

This gold-plated charm bracelet has a treble clef and quaver, 8^th note charm. The charm measures 1 1/4” x 11 mm. The gold plated adjustable chain is lovely with its double links. The links measure 4 mm x 5 mm. You can adjust the bracelet up to a large size 8 1/2” wrist. If you have a very small wrist (under 6”) I can remove some of the extra links. Feather Moon Star Earrings, Boho Turquoise Purple Handmade Jewelry

The "Celestial Feathers" handmade earrings feature artisan polymer clay feather dangles with a moon and star, Czech glass roller beads and Swarovski crystals - unique jewelry for women.

Created from long, colorful feather shaped polymer clay dangles, one with a moon and one with a star, these boho inspired handmade earrings just had to be named CELESTIAL FEATHERS. Designed with lightweight feather drops, premium Czech glass roller beads and Swarovski crystals, the one of a kind earrings will feed your inner gypsy. The feather dangles were individual artisan handmade from white polymer clay with a moon, a star, dots and lines impressed into the clay. The feathers were hand painted with a background of a greenish-blue turquoise polymer clay ink. Then more inks in shades of grass green, pale green, purple and fuchsia pink were brushed on creating two mini watercolor look paintings - art for the ears!  As you can see, the feathers are each one of a kind. The backs of the feathers are smooth and painted with turquoise inks. Copper wire wraps the top of the feathers. Because the feathers are made from polymer clay, the earrings are VERY lightweight to wear.

To perfectly complement the colorful feathers, premium quality Czech glass roller beads and Swarovski crystals top the feathers. The color of the Czech roller beads is called “royalty with their mix of blue, purple and green translucent glass with a shiny fire polished finish and facets. They have a metallic silver finish with a bit of the silver here and here on the exterior for a rustic look. The roller beads absolutely glow when the earrings are worn and have a single sparkle because of the faceting. To add mega sparkle, a faceted Swarovski crystal bicone sits on top of each roller bead, separated by a copper daisy spacer. The color of the crystals is called “medium vitrail.” A permanent multicolor foil was added to half of the faceted bicone. As the light travels through the crystal and strikes the foil, a breathtaking rainbow of colors can be seen: greens, purples, pinks, blues and golds. A single copper bead tops each crystal. Sterling silver French hook earwires with the addition of a small “medium vitrail” crystal finishes the unique earrings. The EASTER ISLAND handmade earrings have such a whimsical quality to them, reminding me of the faces of the regal statues (moai) that are found on Easter Island. Mega-fun anytime you want to inject fanciful flair to your clothes of the day, the one of a kind earrings were created with Czech glass and Swarovski crystals. The highlight of the artisan earrings are the two-sided Czech glass face mask beads in a glowing aqua blue opaline glass. As you can see, the eyes are closed, looking as if they are in peaceful repose. The lustrous blue opal look beads have a great amount of texture - the nose, chin and cheeks are raised - highlighted by a bronze Picasso finish to bring out the glorious detail. The "Kamal" handmade earrings feature Czech glass lotus blossom coin beads and lavender gray opal Japanese seed beads with sterling silver - unique yoga jewelry for women.

These gorgeous KAMAL lotus blossom earrings are a perfect jewelry gift for the spiritual woman who practices yoga and/or meditates. The earrings might be on the smaller side but they pack huge meaning and will be beauties that she’ll reach for time and time again. Czech glass lotus beads are featured in the earrings and are combined with small Japanese nugget beads and sterling silver. A lovely lotus flower design was impressed into slightly rustic, pale lavender purple Czech glass coin beads. To bring out the beautiful details of the lotus blossom and the rustic small pits and “cracks,” a metallic fuchsia pink Picasso finish was applied which settled into the recessed areas. The lavender purple glass is translucent and positively glows as you can see in the photos of the earrings hanging. Since the lotus coin beads are two sided, the earrings look fabulous from any angle.  To add an even more rustic feel to the elegant earrings design, two small Japanese glass nugget beads were stacked above the lotus coins. They were created from a lavender gray opal glass, and because of silver lined inner finish, they glow much like opals do. Because the beads aren’t perfectly round, they may not hang perfectly straight (as some of the photos show), adding great texture to the earrings. Adding silver sheen, two small sterling silver disc spacers, separate the opal glass beads and cap the top and bottom of the stack. Not your ordinary holiday earrings, the one of a kind FROSTED CHRISTMAS earrings are classy and more than a bit flirty at the same time. The handmade earrings feature glowing, individually artisan made lampwork glass beads that were etched for a winter white frosted sea glass look for subtle glamor. Lead free pewter bead caps cap the top and bottom of the glowing glass beads to resemble holly. To add major Christmas sparkle, two sizes and colors of faceted Swarovski crystal bicones were used. SODALITE GEMSTONE BRACELET

If you like a chunkier style gemstone bracelet this is what you may be seeking. The remarkable colors of the sodalite gemstones are bold, with dark blue and white, and a touch of dark gray and black. 

The bracelet has a unique, one of a kind, handmade design, by The Singing Beader, using two strands of beading wire to facilitate the small clusters of stones between the larger gemstones. See the size of the gemstones and the length of the bracelet below.

The bracelet has double 49 strands beading wire and is double crimped for durability with silver-plated crimp covers. The bracelet fastens easily with a TierraCast pewter toggle clasp.

The bracelet comes with an organza drawstring pouch. So nice for gift giving!

Dog Lover Paw Print Necklace, Red Copper Sodalite Handmade Jewelry

The "My Four Footed Friend" handmade necklace features an artisan red copper dog paw print pendant, blue sodalite gemstones and copper ebads - unique dog lover jewelry for women.

Perfect jewelry for the dog lover, the meaningful, one of a kind MY FOUR FOOTED FRIEND handmade necklace features an artisan red copper paw print pendant, blue sodalite gemstones and copper beads. The unique pendant was cut from copper sheet metal and then textured using a technique called “repousse” (pounding the back of the metal from the reverse to give it form). A lovely raised paw print is found on the front of the square pendant including the four toe pads and the metacarpal pad. The back of the pendant shows the recessed paw print. A raised frame was soldered around the paw print and a round bail was attached at the top. To get the glorious red orange copper color, a patination formula was brushed on and then fired at high what with a torch. So the colors don’t fade and for years of wearing pleasure, the pendant was brushed with a metal lacquer sealant. A thick copper jump ring securely fastens the paw print pendant to the main body of the necklace.  To perfectly complement the colors of the dog paw print pendant, rich blue sodalite rounds were used. Sodalite is a beautiful gemstone that ranges in shades from a midnight blue to a very pale blue, sometimes with white veining. The sodalite used in the necklace is mainly a medium blue with some darker and lighter blue beads, The finish of the gemstones is a medium shine, not high gloss and not matte, but somewhere in-between. Copper bicone beads add a wonderful gleam and break up the sodalite into alternate groups of five stones and three stones. A sleek copper toggle clasp set finishes the paw print necklace. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the MY FOUR FOOTED FRIEND was created for the woman who loves her dog(s) and loves to wear one of a kind artisan jewelry.
