What a stylish and lightweight pair of earrings to wear! The one of a kind MAGNIFIQUE handmade earrings will definitely become your “go to” jewelry for spring and summer . . . and all the rest of the year. Created with artisan made, hand painted brass diamonds, sparkling Czech glass beads, copper and sterling silver, they are fun and flirty with a vintage look to them. The brass diamonds were hand cut, the edges filed to a silky smoothness and given a slight wavy ridged texture. Hand painted on both sides in a combination of aqua, gold and white, they look somewhat like a piece of modern splash art in the style of Jackson Pollock. To add a fantastic rustic look, the diamonds were very lightly sanded to let a bit of the brass show along the ridges. They were then sealed for many years of wearing joy. Because the diamonds are painted on both sides, the earrings look fabulous from any angle.  To perfectly complement the painted diamond dangles, eye catching Czech glass beads, made in the Czech Republic, were added above. The beads were created from clear glass and then coated with a metallic Picasso finish. The finish flashes a whole range of colors from aqua to green to golden with bits of blue and orange thrown in when the light hits them just right. The square beads are long faceted, creating v-shapes that allow the clear glass to show through for a unique 3-D effect. The photos don’t do justice to their beauty at all. Irises Van Gogh Art Earrings, Blue Handmade Polymer Clay Jewelry Gift

The Irises handmade earrings feature polymer clay dangles with a permanent transfer of van Gogh's painting, Czech roller beads and Swarovski crystals - unique art jewelry for women.

The colorful IRISES handmade art earrings are inspired by the famous  1889 painting of the same name by Vincent van Gogh. The one of a kind earrings were created with rectangle-shaped polymer clay art dangles, glowing premium Czech glass roller beads, Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. The unique dangles are individually artisan crafted from high quality black polymer clay with a permanent van Gogh art transfer of a cropped version of his painting, “Irises.” The beautiful painting (one half on one earring, the other half on the other) depicts a bed of blue irises with one white flower against red ground in the front and a yellow and green background.  For durability and shine, the dangles were given several coats of varnish. A black border on the polymer clay rectangle dangles defines the beautiful floral scene. The backside of the dangles are black and inscribed with the artist’s mark. Since the dangles are made from polymer clay, the earrings are very lightweight to wear. Please note: in the original painting, the white iris is on the left hand side.  To perfectly highlight the beautiful blues of the irises, premium quality Czech glass roller beads and Swarovski crystals were used. Two roller beads are stacked on each other above the iris dangles. The faceted beads are a luscious translucent aqua blue color with a center of metallic copper which shows through as a light terracotta. When held up to the light, the beads positively glow, and since they are faceted, they add subtle sparkle. To add even more sparkle, a faceted 6 mm Swarovski crystal was nestled into each roller bead. The color is called “light sapphire,” a blue that mimics lighter sapphire precious gemstones. Sterling silver French hook earwires with a 4 mm light sapphire Swarovski on each finishes the earrings beautifully. Created with sweet copper bird charm dangles, unique Czech glass beads, copper and sterling silver, they will quickly become favorites for the bird lover on your gift list. The delightful bird dangles look as if they are vintage jewelry pieces, but they are “faux vintage,” made to look well-worn and well-loved. The charms were created from modern copper: individually hand cut into a round shape, filed for silky smooth edges and sanded. A permanent metal transfer was applied and then the charms were sealed for years of wearing pleasure. The image on both charms is a colorful bird against an “antiqued” white background. The colorful dotted birds have a medium blue breast, stomach and tale, wings that shade from a pale to dark brown and a pale blue head. Both birds are facing the same way, to the left. Since the bird charms were individually handmade, there are slight differences which add wonderful rustic, antique vibes. The backside of the dangles are shiny copper. These earrings are VERY lightweight to wear.  

To perfectly highlight the charms, especially the color of the wings of the birds, translucent golden amber brown Czech glass beads hang above the dangles. The beads are an unusual shape, like a slightly smashed oval with a hole in a concave center. To give an aged look, a permanent Picasso finish was applied with a darker amber color and pale mossy lichen green. Because the beads are translucent, they positively glow when worn. The Czech beads are connected to bird charms by a heavy duty copper jump ring. They are rustically wire wrapped with copper wire to attach to sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents. Blue White Flower Earrings, Enamel Lampwork Boho Handmade Jewelry

The gorgeous "A Field of Blue" handmade earrings feature artisan blue flower enamel dangles, artisan frosted lampwork glass beads, sapphire blue roller beads and leafy bronze bead caps - unique floral jewelry for women.

The charming A FIELD OF BLUE handmade earrings are a perfect gift for the woman who loves to wear bold, boho-style flower jewelry. Reminiscent of a gorgeous field of swaying dark blue flowers, the beautiful one of a kind earrings feature artisan blue, green and white enamel floral dangles, glowing artisan frosted white lampwork glass beads, sapphire blue Czech glass roller beads, bronze bead caps, copper and sterling silver. The captivating enamelled copper long rectangles, which are almost 2” / 5.1 cm long, were individually created. Shiny white enamel glass powder was fused onto the front of the copper rectangles at very high heat with a torch. Azure blue glass powder was torched onto the white background to create the individual flowers, with lines of green glass powder to form the stems of the flowers. Black enamel finishes the back of the rectangles.  To perfectly complement the flower dangles, frosted white lampwork glass beads, premium quality blue glass roller beads and patinated bronze bead caps were used. The lampwork glass beads, located just above the flowers, were individually artisan created from clear glass. To add a frosted sea glass look, the beads were acid etched. Because the beads are frosted, they glow amazingly when the earrings are worn (please see photos #2 and #8 to see pics of the earrings hanging). A bronze bead cap with a leafy design clasps the top of the lampwork beads. Just above the frosted beads are faceted, richly colored sapphire blue Czech glass roller beads. Since the roller beads were created from translucent blue glass, they beautifully glow and sparkle. Leafy bronze bead caps were placed on the top and bottom of the roller beads. Trilobite Fossil Earrings, White Gold Swarovski Handmade Jewelry Gift

What a FUN conversation starter the CAMBRIAN CHORUS trilobite earrings are, a perfect gift for the woman who loves fossils or just loves wearing unique jewelry! The unique handmade earrings are created with Czech glass trilobite imprinted coins, copper and Czech crystal rondelles and Swarovski crystals. The trilobite beads were created in the Czech Republic from semi-translucent white glass with a very, very pale lavender haze. The coins are two-sided with a pressed trilobite design on both sides. To bring out the incredible detail of the recessed trilobites, and to add a warm glow, a metallic golden Picasso finish was used. The finish settled into the recessed trilobites highlighting the eyes, the head, the axial lobe and other parts of the body. A mustard yellow and and medium brown Picasso finish is found on the edges of the glass coins. A bit about trilobites: One of the most successful of all early animals, trilobites flourished in the oceans for almost 300 million years, from the Early Cambrian period to the end of the Permian period. Their fossils can be found worldwide.  To add amazing sparkle to the trilobite earrings, Czech copper and crystal rondelles and Swarovski crystals were stacked above the glass coins. Sitting on the trilobite beads are copper rondelles set with six sparkling clear Czech crystals. These crystals might be small but they make up for that with their mighty glitter. Snugged into the top of each rondelle is a faceted Swarovski crystal bicone in an exquisite color called “white opal.” These crystals have a translucent milky white color that has a lustrous sheen similar to opals.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the CAMBRIAN CHORUS trilobite earrings were created for the woman who adores wearing one of a kind designer jewelry.

Vintage Batik Bone Necklace, Chunky Black White Handmade Jewelry Gift

The unique "Serengeti Song" handmade necklace features African batik bone beads, black onyx and sterling silver - tribal inspired jewelry for her.

Big and bold and beautiful, the one of a kind SERENGETI SONG necklace is quite the chunky statement piece with ethnic-inspired flair! The unique handmade necklace features vintage black and white African batik bone beads, black onyx and sterling silver. Seventeen vintage (50+ years) batik bone beads make up the main body of the necklace. A fun, 12-sided polygon shape, the bone beads were individually had formed and decorated by artisans in Ghana; each bead is similar in design, color and shape but not exactly the same. The center of the beads are filled with black wood where the bead hole was drilled through. Mainly black and white, the there is some brown shading here and there. Since these are old vintage beads, there is some wear which adds even more tribal-inspired beauty.  Capping each side of the bone beads are shiny black onyx discs. To add sinuous drape and eye catching glow to the necklace, sterling silver beads separate the black onyx. The back of the necklace is finished with two groupings of five onyx discs separated by sterling beads. A textured sterling silver hook clasp set finishes the necklace securely. Pink Flowers Enamel Earrings, White Blue Handmade Bold Dangle Jewelry

The "Flirting with Flowers" earrings feature artisan made pink flower enamel dangles, pink Czech glass discs and teal czech glass - floral jewelry for women.

Long and dangly, the exquisite FLIRTING WITH FLOWERS handmade earrings are perfect for the woman who loves beautiful flower statement jewelry for spring and summer wear! The one of a kind earrings feature enameled pink flower dangles and pink and teal Czech glass beads. Using a high temperature butane torch, the unique dangles were individually hand enameled with a base of white enamel glass powder and a stencil with more enamel glass powder to form the design.  Two large pink flowers, green leaves, one small blue flower and one small teal flower were carefully created, along with some pink dots. The charms are basically mirror images of each other. The backs of the charms are finished in black enamel. Despite the larger size of the earrings, they are lightweight to wear.  Since the charms are the main focal of the earrings, simple translucent pink Czech glass disks with a spotted silver Picasso finish and faceted teal beads were used to perfectly complement the colors of the flowers. Since these beads are faceted, they supply subtle sparkle to the design. A single teal bead was added to the sterling silver French hooks for added beauty. Purple Pink White Enamel Earrings, Swarovski Pearls Handmade Jewelry

Filled with a wondrous rustic beauty, the BONHEUR earrings will quickly become a handmade jewelry favorite. The one of a kind earrings feature two-sided artisan enamel dangles, purple Swarovski crystal pearls, Czech glass and Swarovski crystals. The eye catching, individually made dangles started out as copper squares which were torch enameled at high heat with white. While the white glass enamel was still hot, a glass frit of mostly purples and pinks but also with specks of brown was added to create random spotted designs on all sides. Because of the frit, the enameled dangles have an incredible raised texture which catches the light when the earrings are worn. The top bit of each square was torched black but left un-enameled for rustic beauty, a trademark of the artist who made them. Please note: because the enamel is high gloss, it was impossible to keep some glare off of the pieces when taking photos. “Bonheur” is French for “happiness.”  To perfectly complement the enamel dangles, a glowing Swarovski crystal pearl in a rich medium purple was used with a sheen that  is exquisite. Red Roses White Hearts Earrings, Valentines Day Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "Romance" handmade earrings feature artisan created enamel hearts and roses charms and faceted red coral - unique Valentine's Day jewelry for women.

The exquisite ROMANCE earrings have everything it takes to make these a special handmade gift of jewelry for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or a birthday!  White enamel hearts with words and a single red rose on each are complemented with faceted red coral. The hearts, which are artisan handmade, started out as copper blanks. Shiny white enamel glass powder was fused onto the front of copper hearts then a stencil and brown enamel glass was used to create the lines of words (French? Latin?). A rich red rose with green leaves and stems were then free hand fused on top. Since the roses were created free hand, you can see that they are very similar but not exactly the same. The back of the charms are enameled in black. Despite their larger size, the one of a kind hearts and roses earrings are lightweight to wear.  Since the heart charms are the main focal of the earrings, simple red coral rounds were stacked above the hearts, capped on the top and bottom with copper bicone beads to add lovely texture and glow. The red coral is faceted and adds subtle sparkle to the earrings with each movement of the head when worn.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the ROMANCE earrings were created for the woman who adores wearing one of a kind artisan jewelry with a romantic vibe.

Boho Enamel Hoop Earrings, Red White Black Onyx Handmade Jewelry Gift

The fun "Fashionista" handmade earrings feature artisan created enamelled hoops and black onyx gemstones - boho jewelry gift for women.

Filled with fun and funky boho retro vibes, the FASHIONISTA handmade earrings are a perfect gift idea for the woman who loves to wear one of a kind jewelry. The unique dangle earrings feature artisan handmade enamel hoops and two shapes of black onyx gemstones. The individually artisan created hoops started out as copper blanks. Enamel glass powders in an eye catching design were fused to the copper with a high heat torch. And what a FUN, eye catching design the hoops are! Half of the hoops are a brilliant red: on one hoop the bottom half is red and, on the other hoop, the right side is red. Black and white stripes finish the other halves, the top of one hoop and the left side of the other. The enamel is very shiny so be aware that there are some reflections in the photos that are not there in real life. The back of each hoop is finished with black enamel. The earrings are very lightweight to wear.  To keep the rest of the earring design simple, two sizes and shapes of black onyx gemstones were used. To mimic the black stripes, two shiny black onyx discs were stacked above the hoops. A single sterling silver daisy spacer separates the discs from a black onyx round at the top. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the one of a kind FASHIONISTA enamelled earrings are perfect for the trendy fashionista in your life! 

The unique hoops were individually artisan handmade from glass enamel powder torched onto a copper blank.
