Red Hearts Silver Valentines Earrings, Crystals Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "Heart to Heart" handmade earrings feature rich red and silver Czech glass hearts and red Swarovski crystals - lovely Valentine's jewelry gift for women.

Although the HEART TO HEART handmade earrings are filled with the romance of Valentine’s Day, they can easily be worn all year long. The sweet and petite one of a kind earrings features red and silver Czech glass beads with an elongated heart design, sparkling red Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. The two-sided glass hearts were made in the Czech Republic from rich red glass with a pressed design on both the front and the back. The design is reminiscent of splayed veins on a leaf. To bring out the detailing and to add a vintage look to the hearts, a silver Picasso finish was applied and then polished off, leaving the silver in the recessed areas and on the edges. Since the glass is translucent, the hearts positively glow when worn.  To perfectly complement the hearts and to provide maximum sparkle to the earring design, faceted Swarovski crystals round beads were added. The color, called “Siam,” is a deep ruby red that seems to capture light and then radiate it again.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the HEART TO HEART earrings are a perfect gift idea for the woman who loves to wear unique artisan jewelry.

Red Roses White Hearts Earrings, Valentines Day Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "Romance" handmade earrings feature artisan created enamel hearts and roses charms and faceted red coral - unique Valentine's Day jewelry for women.

The exquisite ROMANCE earrings have everything it takes to make these a special handmade gift of jewelry for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or a birthday!  White enamel hearts with words and a single red rose on each are complemented with faceted red coral. The hearts, which are artisan handmade, started out as copper blanks. Shiny white enamel glass powder was fused onto the front of copper hearts then a stencil and brown enamel glass was used to create the lines of words (French? Latin?). A rich red rose with green leaves and stems were then free hand fused on top. Since the roses were created free hand, you can see that they are very similar but not exactly the same. The back of the charms are enameled in black. Despite their larger size, the one of a kind hearts and roses earrings are lightweight to wear.  Since the heart charms are the main focal of the earrings, simple red coral rounds were stacked above the hearts, capped on the top and bottom with copper bicone beads to add lovely texture and glow. The red coral is faceted and adds subtle sparkle to the earrings with each movement of the head when worn.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the ROMANCE earrings were created for the woman who adores wearing one of a kind artisan jewelry with a romantic vibe.

Frosted Pink Lampwork Earrings, Ruby Swarovski Handmade Valentine's Jewelry

The "A Pop of Pink" earrings were created with artisan frosted pink lampwork glass beads, aurora borealis Czech crystal rondelles, ruby Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. 

Fun and flirty and oh-so-sparkly, the A POP OF PINK handmade earrings speak to the softer side of all women - but also adds a powerful punch of color. The glowing one of a kind earrings, perfect for a Valentine's Day or Mother's Day gift and for spring wear, were created with artisan, pale pink lampwork glass beads with a frosted sea glass finish, sparkling Czech crystal aurora borealis rondelles, ruby Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. The lampwork beads were individually artisan handmade from transparent pink rose quartz glass. To give the frosted look, the beads were immersed in an “acid bath” to etch the glass for a soft, matte sea glass look. As you can see from the photographs, the beads positively glow! Just imagine them when they are on your ears! A silver over pewter flower bead cap embraces the bottom of each lampwork bead.

Now there is nothing subtle about the sparkle of the Czech crystal rondelles and Swarovski crystals that sit on top of the frosted pink lampwork beads. The Czech crystals, six in all, might be small but they make up for that with their brilliant sparkle, especially with their aurora borealis coating for a prismatic rainbow effect. A glittering 6 mm Swarovski crystal faceted bicone was nestled into the top of each rondelle. The color of the crystals is called “ruby,” a crimson red color that adds drama to the overall design. Perfect jewelry to enhance your little black dress or other party clothes, they are also lovely with laid back, casual jeans and a white or black shirt.  Created for the woman who adores pink jewelry, but with an added boost of color, the A POP OF PINK designer earrings were carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs.
