The "Bellisimo in Blu" handmade earrings were created from artisan enamel spikes, artisan lampwork glass beads and red coral - boho jewelry gif for women.

If you love fabulously fun blue earrings in a boho spike or dagger design, then you’ll love the BELLISSIMO IN BLU handmade earrings. The exquisite, one of a kind earrings were created with artisan enamel dangles, artisan speckled blue lampwork glass beads and red coral. The gorgeously unique enameled dagger dangles were individually made from copper spikes. To create the background, shiny enamel glass powders in a rich blue color were fused onto the copper with a hot torch. Small bits of white glass powder were added to the lower part of the spikes to create falling "snow" or maybe flower petals. An Italian murrine glass cane was used to create the flower in the center top of each spike surrounded by lighter blue glass. To add extra eye appeal and texture, four raised red glass dots encircle the top of the murrine flowers. Since the dangles were individually handmade, they are very similar in design but not exactly the same. The back of the discs are enameled in black for a professional finish. Please note: since the enamel design was created with high shine enamel glass, there is quite a bit of reflection in the photos. Rest assured - the dangles are mainly a lovely blue with wonderful accents.  To perfectly complement the colors of the enamel daggers, artisan lampwork glass beads and red coral were used. The lampwork glass beads were individually artisan handmade with a base of clear glass. While that glass was still molten, a glass frit with shades of blue was added, creating blue speckles. Since the base glass is clear, the lampwork beads positively glow a radiant blue when the earrings are worn. To highlight the raised red glass dots on the spikes, red coral nuggets were added on top of the lampwork beads, separated by two sterling silver daisy spacers. Another sterling spacer and a small sterling bead rest on top of each coral nugget. Small red coral rounds were added to the sterling silver French hook earwires for extra fun. Cactus Red Flower Earrings, Red Coral Copper Vintage Handmade Jewelry

The fun "Spikes" handmade earrings feature artisan vintage look cactus on copper dangles and red coral - unique jewelry for women.

Cactus and other succulents are all the rage now to grow . . . and to wear (jewelry, that is!).  Stylish and lightweight to wear, the perfectly named, one of a kind SPIKES handmade earrings feature artisan vintage look cactus dangles, red coral discs and copper.  The eye catching cactus dangles look like they were upcycled from old tea or cookie tins -  but they only mimic rustic vintage tins.  The dangles were individually hand cut into a rectangle shape from modern copper sheeting, filed and sanded.  A permanent metal transfer was applied for the faux tin look and then the charms were sealed for many years of wearing fun.  Against a background of light gray and cream, a green barrel cactus with long, wicked looking thorns leans a bit to the left on each dangle.  To add extra interest, a single red blossom pokes up from the crown of each cactus.  Since the dangles were individually handmade, there are slight differences which add wonderful rustic vibes. The back of each dangle is smooth, shiny copper which will gradually gain a patina over time.  Because the charms are made from copper sheeting, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.

The color of the flower on the barrel cacti are perfectly complemented with hand cut red coral discs.   Three discs were used to create a stack, capped on the bottom with a single pure copper bicone and capped on the top with two bicones separated by a small copper bead..  Because the red coral was hand cut, the discs are very similar in size and finish but are not exactly the same.  All of the elements were strung on copper wire, wire wrapped and then connected to sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the SPIKES handmade earrings are a perfect jewelry gift for the woman who loves cactus.

Terracotta and Red Coral Tribal Necklace, Mali Beads Handmade Jewelry

The "Song of the Kalahari" necklace features individually handmade terracotta trumpet beads and small ridged terracotta beads with red coral and copper - one of a kind jewelry for women.

If you love wearing one of a kind, tribal inspired jewelry, the SONG OF THE KALAHARI handmade necklace is perfect for you. The organic necklace features natural terracotta clay beads, red coral and copper. Two types of earthy terracotta beads were used in the necklace design, each bead individually handcrafted by an artist in Mali. Nine long trumpet shaped beads that were inscribed at the wide end create a unique collar.

Separating the trumpets are small, ridged terracotta beads flanked on each side by red coral rondelles and copper beads. The colors of the natural beads, which are the same colors as the soil of the Kalahari Desert, range from a light red to a pale beige. The unique necklace features an artisan handmade ceramic pendant with a Sacred Heart and woman design, two types of red coral and sterling silver. The Sacred Heart symbol is one of great meaning for a Roman Catholic, representing Jesus Christ’s heart and his love for all humanity. When there is a flame above the heart, it represents the divine light of love. The meaningful pendant was artisan handmade from ceramic clay, hand painted and glazed. The "Embrace Your Crazy" necklace features an artisan heart pendant, red coral rondelles and turquoise Czech glass - unique jewelry for women.

The EMBRACE YOUR CRAZY handmade necklace is mega fun and colorful at the same time. Perfect jewelry for the woman who has a streak of crazy in her (don’t we all?), the one of a kind necklace features an artisan heart pendant with “embrace your crazy” impressed into it. To highlight the glorious colors of the pendant, red coral rondelles and turquoise Czech glass were used. The unique hand formed, hand painted ceramic heart pendant has a slightly distressed, antique style. The background is an aqua turquoise color with bright flower petals in red, yellow, fuchsia, blue, orange and green. The letters of “embrace your crazy” are brown so they stand out beautifully against the aqua turquoise glaze. The backside, which was left unglazed, has a flower in a circle engraved in it with rays or flower petals emanating from the circle. The pendant was kiln fired at extremely high heat to add strength and durability. Since the back of the pendant was left unglazed and is porous, it can be used as an essential oil diffuser - just add a couple of drops to the back and the aroma will hold for several days. Two heavy gauge sterling silver jump rings connect the pendant to the main body of the necklace.  To perfectly highlight the heart pendant and to add a Southwest flair, red coral discs and two shapes and sizes of turquoise Czech glass beads were used. The hand cut coral, which was dyed, is a deep, rich red color. The rondelles are in groups of five until the end of the necklace which finishes with a group of seven. Between each group of coral are rustic Czech glass lantern beads and small turquoise Czech discs.  A floral patterned sterling silver hook clasp, with almost the same design as the flowers on the pendant, securely fastens the necklace. Sugar Skulls Earrings, Day of the Dead Halloween Enamel Coral Jewelry

The CALAVERAS DE COLORES sugar skull earrings are so colorful, you just have to smile! Perfect jewelry for Day of the Dead or Halloween, the one of a kind earrings feature individually artisan handmade enamel sugar skull charms and red coral rondelles. The unique cut out Dia de los Muertos skull dangles started out as copper blanks. Shiny white enamel glass powder was fused onto the front. A stencil and more enamel glass powder was used to form the design, using a high temperature butane torch. As you can see the colors are brilliant: red, turquoise and a bit of yellow. Two black spirals can be found just above each eye socket. Because the sugar skulls were individually hand enameled, they are very similar but not exactly the same, as the photos will show. The back of the charms are finished in black enamel. Despite the larger size of these earrings, the unique flower earrings are lightweight to wear. Since the sugar skull charms are the main focal of the earrings, simple rich red coral rondelles were used to perfectly complement the vibrancy of the colors of the skulls. Cactus Earrings, Red Flowers Coral Copper Handmade Jewelry Gift Women

The "Flowering Cactus" earrings were created with artisan handmade cactus on copper charms and red coral frangia - unique jewelry for women.

Since succulents and cactus are all the rage these days, you will show your extreme fashion sense each time you wear the fun FLOWERING CACTUS earrings. The one of a kind earrings feature artisan made, blooming cactus on copper dangles and spiky red coral frangia. The unique square-shaped cactus charms look as if they were cut from old, weathered cookie or tea tins. But they only mimic rustic vintage tins since they were individually artisan hand cut, filed and sanded from modern copper with a permanent metal transfer cactus design.  There is a mix of cacti against a white background, but most can be identified as opuntias (or prickly pears). What catches the eye are the rich red flowers blooming on several of the cacti. Because the charms are made from copper, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  To represent the thorns on many cacti and to highlight the red flowers of the dangles, spiky red coral frangia was stacked above the cactus charms. Five pieces were used, each different from the other to add a “thorny” look. The color of the coral is not bright red but more mellow like they have been somewhat bleached for years in the sun that cactus love. A copper 3 mm bead caps the top and bottom of the coral frangia. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the FLOWERING CACTUS earrings are a perfect gift for the woman who loves cactus, the Desert Southwest and unique artisan created jewelry.
