Sun Charm Dangle Earrings, Mykonos Turquoise Yellow Handmade Jewelry

The Sun's Rays handmade earrings feature Mykonos sun charms with a turquoise green patina and two colors and shapes of Czech glass beads - unique jewelry for women.

The cheerful SUN’S RAYS handmade earrings are perfect to wear all spring and summer long! Wonderful jewelry for the sun worshiper, these beauties feature rustic Mykonos sun charms and two colors and shapes of Czech glass beads. The unique raised sun charms were made on the Greek island of Mykonos, cast by artisans there. The metal is lead and nickel free, plated in copper and then given a gorgeous turquoise blue green patina. The charms were then hand buffed to bring out the beauty of the raised rays of the sun design. The back of each charm is finished with a dark patina.  Perfectly complementing the sun charms are Czech glass beads. The first are rondelles in an eye catching milky opal aqua blue glass with a earthy brown Picasso bringing out the ridges on each end. The beads are faceted around the middle for subtle sparkle. Because they are translucent, the beads absolutely glow when worn. Stacked above them, separated by a single copper disc spacer, are cheery sunflower yellow Czech glass rondelles. Also faceted and translucent, they add unexpected sunny color to the overall earrings design. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the fun SUN’S RAYS earrings were created for the woman who loves one of a kind artisan jewelry.

Dragonfly Boho Earrings, Pink Yellow White Lightweight Handmade Jewelry

Cheerful and colorful with a pair of dancing dragonflies, the DANZA LIBELLULA handmade boho earrings are a perfect gift for the woman who loves the amazing creatures. Lightweight to wear, they feature artisan polymer clay dragonfly teardrops, artisan lampwork glass beads and faceted Czech glass along with lead free pewter bead caps and sterling silver. The dragonfly dangles were created individually from white polymer clay in an upside down teardrop design. The dragonflies are raised against the background for wonderful texture and then were hand colored in joyful shades of bright pinks, sunny yellows, sky blues and leafy greens with some of the white base showing through to highlight the colors. The sides and the smooth backs of the teardrops are yellow. Since the teardrops were individually handmade, they are very similar in design but not exactly the same. To perfectly complement the exquisite dragonfly teardrops and to add translucent glow and subtle sparkle to the overall design, raspberry red lampwork beads and faceted Czech glass were used. The lampwork beads were artisan handmade from clear glass with a raspberry red frit added to give a speckled appearance. Because the glass is translucent, the glow they provide is amazing. A leafy lead free pewter bead cap tops the lampwork bead. Sitting on top of each lampwork bead is a pale yellow Czech glass bead. Since the beads are faceted the sparkles and shine with sunny translucency. Both have the same leaf design bead caps on the top and bottom. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the DANZA LIBELLULA earrings are perfect for the woman who loves dragonflies and one of a kind boho style jewelry. “Danza libellula” is Italian for “dragonfly dance.”

Yellow Sunflowers van Gogh Art Earrings, Polymer Clay Handmade Jewelry

The cheerful "Yellow Sunflowers" handmade earrings feature artisan yellow sunflowers polymer clay dangles and Czech glass roller beads - unique art jewelry for women.

The cheerful YELLOW SUNFLOWERS art earrings are inspired by the famous, much loved 1888 painting, called “Sunflowers,” by Vincent van Gogh. The unique, one of a kind earrings were created with rectangle-shaped polymer clay art dangles, glowing premium Czech glass roller beads, copper and sterling silver. The unique dangles are individually artisan crafted from high quality black polymer clay with a permanent van Gogh art transfer of his third version of yellow sunflowers in a vase. The floral earrings are mirror images. For durability and shine, the dangles were given several coats of varnish. A black border frames the beautiful floral scene. The backside of the dangles are black and inscribed with the artist’s mark. Since the dangles are made from polymer clay, the earrings are very lightweight to wear. Please note: in the original painting, the brightly colored yellow sunflowers are near the upper right hand corner.

To perfectly highlight the beautiful shades of yellow of the sunflowers, premium quality Czech glass roller beads. Two roller beads are stacked on each other above the dangles. The faceted, translucent beads are a luscious golden translucent glass, a color called “cashmere,” with a shiny metallic Picasso finish. When held up to the light, the beads positively glow, and since they are faceted, they add subtle sparkle. On top of the roller beads are stacked two copper flower spacers, a 3 mm copper bead and a copper bicone to add a warm glow for which copper is famous. Sterling silver French hook earwires with an added copper bicone finishes the earrings beautifully. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the YELLOW SUNFLOWERS earrings were created for the woman who loves to wear unique art jewelry based on the paintings of famous artists.

Red Orange Yellow Fan Chandelier Earrings, Boho Handmade Jewelry Gift

The fun "Vivacious" handmade earrings feature artisan enamel fan dangles, Swarovski crystals, copper and sterling silver - boho jewelry gift for women.

Perfectly named, the VIVACIOUS handmade earrings are full of brilliant color and flirty sparkle. Fun, lightweight jewelry for the woman who loves a boho look, the one of a kind earrings are created from artisan hand enameled cut-out fan dangles and Swarovski crystals. The colorful fan shaped dangles were individually created. Shiny red, orange and yellow glass powder was fused onto the front of cut-out copper fans at very high heat with a torch. The yellow is found at the top, the orange is in the middle and the red is at the bottom. Since the enameling was done by hand, the fans are very similar but also different, definitely making the earrings one of a kind jewelry. As you can see in the photos, the enamel is very shiny, so it was impossible to photograph them without getting reflections. The back of the fans are finished in shiny black enamel.  To perfectly complement the colors used for the enamel and to add mega sparkle, six faceted Swarovski crystal bicones were wire wrapped with copper wire to dange from the bottom of each fan. Three colors were used: light Siam red, tangerine orange and sunflower yellow. Just imagine how the crystals wil sparkle and flash at each movement of the head when the earrings are worn! To add even more glitter, a tangerine orange Swarovski crystal was added to each sterling silver earwire for unexpected fun. Colorful Boho Teardrop Earrings, Lightweight Handmade Artisan Jewelry

The "Boema" boho style earrings were created from artisan handmade polymer clay teardrops and aqua blue faceted Czech glass beads - unique jewelry gift for women.

Filled with impeccable eye catching color, the BOEMA handmade earrings are perfect jewelry to wear when you want to flaunt your boho side. Very lightweight to wear, the earrings feature artisan made teardrop shaped polymer clay dangles, faceted aqua Czech glass beads, copper and sterling silver. The dangles were individually created from white polymer clay. They were cut into a teardrop shape, hand colored, etched and then baked for hardness and strength. As you can see, the rich colors fade into each other on a base of sunny yellow: turquoise blue to a dark lavender purple to a sunset pink with the yellow at the top, on the sides and on the back. The etched design, which highlights the white polymer clay, is whimsical with rays coming out from the bead hole and decorated with cross hatches dots and squiggles. The back of the teardrops are smooth and are a sunny yellow color. Since the teardrops were individually handmade, they are very similar in design but not exactly the same.  To perfectly complement the colorful teardrops and to add subtle sparkle to the overall design, two aqua blue Czech glass rondelles are stacked above. The gorgeous glass is translucent and positively glows when the earrings are worn. They are coated in a metallic golden Picasso finish which adds even more shine. Southwest Church Crosses Earrings, Yellow Blue Green Handmade Jewelry

The "Southwest Serenity" handmade earrings feature artisan dangles with a Southwest church or mission scene, sunflower yellow Czech beads and sterling silver - unique jewelry for women.

Perfectly named, the SOUTHWEST SERENITY handmade earrings are both beautiful and lightweight to wear. The one of a kind earrings feature artisan made dangles, sunflower yellow Czech glass beads and sterling silver. The exquisite square shaped dangles were created from artists’ backboard, a heavy duty archival quality paper board. A permanent transfer was applied. As you can see in the photos, the design on the dangles is a serene looking Southwest style church or mission with trees. The main entrance of the church is red and two bell towers are found on either side in the classic white stucco of Southwest missions. A cross tops the left bell tower and the entrance. A large tree is found to the left of the church and a smaller one to the right. The sky is a rich blue and the grass is green, perhaps after a monsoon rain. The charms were given several coats of a sealant for long wear. Because the earrings have a Southwest design with a wide blue sky, there is almost always a blazing sun. To perfectly mimic the sun, three faceted sunflower yellow Czech glass rondelles were used. Two of the glittering yellow rondelles are stacked above the dangles, separated by a sterling silver daisy spacers, and one dangles below. The yellow glass beads are translucent so they glow amazingly when the earrings are worn and, because of the faceting, they add sparkle.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the unique and lightweight SOUTHWEST SERENITY earrings were created for the woman who adores exploding Southwest churches / missions and loves to wear one of a kind artisan jewelry.

Vibrant and extremely colorful, the CELEBRATION handmade earrings will make you smile each time you wear the one of a kind beauties. The lightweight, boho earrings feature artisan created copper tribal charms, red Czech glass and orange fire opal Swarovski crystals. Looking as if they were cut from an old, weathered, well used tea or cookie tin, the unique charms were made from modern copper with a permanent metal transfer. They were hand cut, filed, sanded and sealed for many years of wear. The tribal design features a beautiful dark skinned woman in colorful clothing and wearing jewelry against a yellow background. A large tray of tasty looking food is balanced on her head. Yellow Flowers Black Enamel Earrings, Carved Jet Boho Handmade Jewelry

The "Fiori Gialli" handmade earrings feature artisan yellow flowers on black enamel teardrop dangles and carved jet beads - unique jewelry gift for women.

Big and bold but lightweight to wear, the FIORI GIALLI boho earrings are perfect for dress up and dress down. The flirty earrings feature artisan created enamel yellow on black flower drops, hand carved jet gemstone beads and sterling silver. Individually handmade, the elongated teardrop shape charms, with a cut out circle on each, started out as copper blanks. A layer of black enamel glass powder was torch fired onto the copper. The flowers and stems were then created with yellow and green glass powders, also torched. Just look at the incredible detail of the mirror-image flowers that certainly stand out against the rich, glossy black - you can even see the individual petals! The back of the flower charms are finished with black enamel. Since the flower dangles started out as copper blanks, the earrings are lightweight to wear.  The yellow flower drops are wire wrapped with sterling silver wire to beautifully carved jet gemstone beads. Unlike many gemstones, jet is not a mineral, but is a mineraloid (organic mineral). It formed under extremely high pressure from naturally occurring wood as long ago as 182 million years. Jet is easily carved and has been used for ornamentation by humans since at least 10,000 BC. The glossy jet beads used to complement the enameled flower dangles were individually hand carved with an Asian motif. Please see photo #8 for a close up photo of the jet beads. Sterling spacers cap the top and bottom of each jet bead, adding a wonderful silver glow to the design. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the FIORI GIALLI one of a kind earrings were created for the woman who loves bold boho flower jewelry. “Fiori gialli” is Italian for “yellow flowers.”
