The cheerful SUN’S RAYS handmade earrings are perfect to wear all spring and summer long! Wonderful jewelry for the sun worshiper, these beauties feature rustic Mykonos sun charms and two colors and shapes of Czech glass beads. The unique raised sun charms were made on the Greek island of Mykonos, cast by artisans there. The metal is lead and nickel free, plated in copper and then given a gorgeous turquoise blue green patina. The charms were then hand buffed to bring out the beauty of the raised rays of the sun design. The back of each charm is finished with a dark patina.  Perfectly complementing the sun charms are Czech glass beads. The first are rondelles in an eye catching milky opal aqua blue glass with a earthy brown Picasso bringing out the ridges on each end. The beads are faceted around the middle for subtle sparkle. Because they are translucent, the beads absolutely glow when worn. Stacked above them, separated by a single copper disc spacer, are cheery sunflower yellow Czech glass rondelles. Also faceted and translucent, they add unexpected sunny color to the overall earrings design. Rustic Mykonos Disc Earrings, Turquoise Heishe Boho Tribal Jewelry

The rustic "Delos" handmade earrings feature copper over pewter tribal geometric donut discs, old turquoise heishe and ruby red Czech glass - tribal jewelry for women.

Looking as if they might have been excavated at an archaeological site on the Greek island of Delos, the well-named DELOS handmade earrings have a definite rustic, boho vibe. The unique earrings were created with two sided Mykonos donut discs, old genuine turquoise heishe (heishi), ruby red Czech glass and copper. The dark copper over pewter donut discs were made by artisans on the Greek island of Mykonos and feature engraved geometric tribal patterns on both sides. To bring out the detailing of the pattern, a turquoise green verdigris was applied and then polished off, leaving the patina in the recessed areas. A bit of shiny copper shows through the patina for extra eye appeal.  Three pieces of old, hand cut turquoise heishe were stacked above the discs, separated by copper disc spacers.  The turquoise is very rustic as old hand cut turquoise heishe normally is.  To add an unexpected pop of color, ruby red Czech glass rondelles with a glowing lavender/ turquoise Picasso finish, sit on top of the turquoise.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the unique DELOS earrings will make a wonderful gift for the woman who loves an ancient, rustic look to her artisan made jewelry.

Spiral Healers Hand Earrings, Mykonos Aqua Lampwork Handmade Jewelry

The "Spiral Hands" handmade earrings feature Mykonos healer's hand spiral charms, artisan lampwork beads and Czech glass - unique jewelry for her.

The meaningful healer’s hand with a spiral in the palm used in the SPIRAL HANDS handmade earrings is believed to be a powerful symbol of protection and healing. The small, two-sided spiral healer’s hand charms used in the one of a kind earrings are copper over pewter and were made on the island of Mykonos in Greece by artisans. The rustic hands were given an aqua turquoise patina to add a look of ageless beauty to them.
