The one of a kind, handmade earrings feature two sided, rustic looking turquoise and metallic gold Czech glass owl beads. To add sparkle, clear Czech glass crystals set in copper metal rondelles and colorful heliotrope Swarovski crystals were added. The fabulous owl beads were created with a base glass of turquoise blue and imprinted with a very detailed owl design of eyes, a beak and individual feathers. To bring out those details, the owls were coated with a metallic gold Picasso finish and then polished. The Picasso finish was left in the recessed areas while the turquoise glass was revealed in the higher areas. Since the owls beads are two sided, the earrings look great from any angle!  To add extreme sparkle to the unique earrings, two types of glittering crystals were used. Sitting on top of each owl’s head, like a crown, is a copper rondelle set with six clear Czech crystals. The crystals might be small, but, oh, do they ever sparkle! Nestled into the top of each rondelle is a faceted 6 mm Swarovski crystal bicones in an amazing color called “heliotrope”. These crystals have a special coating that causes them to flass many colors including blues, purples, pinks, gold and greens. Horned Owl Earrings, Faux Vintage Brown Pink Handmade Jewelry Gift

The one of a kind "Tylluam Fawr" handmade earrings feature artisan created horned owl dangles and two types of pink beads - unique bird jewelry for women.

TYLLUAM FAWR is Welsh for "great owl" and was the perfect name for these majestic looking owl earrings.  Perfect nature inspired jewelry for the woman who loves birds, the one of a kind, earrings feature artisan created copper horned owl charms ,faceted pink Czech glass and sparkling light rose pink Swarovski crystals.  Looking as if they were pulled from a book of old bird illustrations, the stars of the earrings are the stately owls, a permanent metal transfer onto copper in shades of mostly browns. The ear tufts, or “horns” are prominent as are the black orange rimmed eyes. The background is somewhat mottled with swirls and spirals shading from an off white on top to a rosy pink at the bottom.  Because the charms are made from copper, the earrings are very lightweight to wear.  Two types of pink beads were used to perfectly highlight the horned owls and to bring out the pink in the backgrounds. Stacked directly above the owl dangles are premium faceted Czech glass roller beads.
