Jimmy Buffet had just released his stage play based on Don't Stop the Carnival by Herman Wouk's book of the same name when I created this pattern. For some reason, the umbrellas lined along the edge reminded me of a parade of colorful, tropical costumes. If you love Buffet, enjoy his album of the same name.
