Uploading an Item Photo for the Linky Tool

I made a quick graphic in case anyone is confused about how to get a photo & link to appear in the Linky Tool display. I was going to share the graphic in the comments, but it seems we can't do that. So ... I can always delete this post later.

Directions are in RED.
Also, to make it easier to upload the item photo from my computer, I put the photo on my desktop before beginning. If you don't have many photos to search through, then that doesn't matter. But if you have tons like I do, using the desktop helps.
