The one of a kind earrings feature vintage Tibetan gemstone beads and Swarovski crystals. The Tibetan beads were artisan handcrafted 40+ years ago from natural azurite, a fairly rare blue with green gemstone. As you can see in the photos, one bead has some dark matrix while the other doesn’t. Lovely flower shaped bead caps in Tibetan silver cap the top and bottom of each azurite bead.

To perfectly complement the color of the azurite gemstones and to provide maximum sparkle, a 6mm Swarovski crystal sits on top of each Tibetan bead, separated by a sterling silver daisy spacer. The rich color of the brilliant blue green crystal is called “indicolite.” Sterling silver French hook earwires finish the unique earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the LHASA DREAMING earrings will make a perfect gift for the woman who loves Tibetan art and adores wearing exquisite artisan jewelry.
