The
gemstones in this handmade bracelet have aqua turquoise colored
howlite that combines chunky, large ovals and small round beads,
along with dark gray round hematite stones. The gunmetal-plated toggle clasp is a lovely match to the gray veined howlite and
hematite stones.
What makes this bracelet unique is the way I strung the beading wire. The bracelet required double strands of beading wire to facilitate the clusters of round stones that separate the larger oval stones. Each of the clusters is separated with single strands, then the double strands are strung through the oval stones. For durability, the wire is double crimped at the bracelet endings.
