Tambourine Pendant Necklace Silver and Gold Chains

This necklace has a realistic looking tambourine pendant. It is silver-toned with a bail. It has moveable shaking zils (jingles) that are brass. For a one of a kind pendant necklace, I added two matching chains, one in silver plating and one in gold plating. The flat cable chains have a lovely, polished finish. The necklace closes with an easy to fasten sterling silver spring ring clasp and jump ring.

The tambourine pendant comes with a jazzy, black and white swirl design gift box with a handmade insert cardstock card. The box is very nice for gift giving!

About the tambourine instrument:

The tambourine is a musical instrument in the percussion family consisting of a frame, often of wood or plastic, with pairs of small metal jingles, called zils. Classically the term tambourine denotes an instrument with a drumhead, though some variants may not have a head at all. Tambourines are often used with regular percussion sets. They can be mounted, but position is largely down to preference.
