This antiqued-silver pinecone charm choker or short length necklace has double (two) fine genuine black leather cords. The pinecone is textured with realistic looking “scales”. Choose from two lengths, each with a one inch sterling silver extension chain. Other sterling silver findings include the trigger style clasp and all jump rings. The decorative cord crimps used at the end of the cords are sturdy, secure-holding antiqued silver pewter.
The pinecone choker is a lovely gift for one who is inspired by nature. Included is a bright red organza gift pouch. It can also be used to store the choker when not wearing.
See all 10 close-up photos showing details, including one showing the pinecone with a dime, a ruler, and in a model's hand.
Leather cord lengths:
16” to 17” with extension chain (sm. - med.)
18” to 19” with extension chain (med. - Lg.)
The pinecones measure: 12 mm x 19 mm (including the top bail)
Leather cords: each are 1.5 mm thick
Note: Wearing your choker often will help the leather to become more flexible providing a softer drape.

Did you know that pinecones protect pine tree seeds? The pinecones keep them from freezing in the cold weather by closing their “scales”. Pinecones can also stay on trees for 10 years before falling to the ground.

DeleteThere's something about a small pinecone that I find very soothing. Maybe it was all the years growing up picking these up in my grandparents yard. Very pretty pinecone necklace.
