Trilobite Czech Glass Fossil Earrings
- Long Boho Dangles, Picture Jasper & Bone Beads -

https://www.etsy.com/prettygonzo/listing/621584746/fossil-earrings-czech-glass-trilobites?ref=shop_home_active_26

These unique long dangle earrings feature Czech glass fossil trilobites, picture jasper beads, and carved bone beads. The trilobite beads are delightful little off-white creations, about 5/8th of an inch long, with earthy brown Picasso finishing. The latter brings out the trilobite body's details, such as its striations and eyes. Handmade in the Czech Republic, these glass beads each have something unique about them—no two are exactly alike because they are not machine-made. The pair of trilobites I've used here are both quite handsome and complement each other nicely.

Perfect for anyone who loves tribal and boho styling, these handmade dangles also include:

• Picture jasper gemstone rounds (6mm)
• Bone tube beads with a tribal design of incised strokes (handmade in India)
• Japanese seed beads (hidden inside the

   tube beads to stabilize them)
• Small bone spacers
• TierraCast copper plated daisy spacers

   (made in USA)
• Copper rondelle spacers (3mm)
• Natural copper color wire (made in USA)
• Copper earring hooks

Their length, including ear wires, is about 2.75 inches.

Fun, dangly, and eye-catching, these glass fossil trilobite earrings were handmade by me with care, thought, and best wishes for the destined wearer. They come on a PrettyGonzo card and in a nice organza bag, all wrapped up for gifting to someone who loves fossils and geology, or simply appreciates unique boho tribal styling. Perhaps that someone is you!

ABOUT TRILOBITES
These fascinating primitive creatures abundantly populated Earth's ancient seas during the Paleozoic era, from 542 to 251 million years ago. Their ancestors originated about 90 million years before that. Anthropods in nature, trilobites survive only in fossilized form now, but are found in many places around the globe. These fossils are highly interesting, with the striations of the creature's triple-segmented exoskeletons often clearly preserved. As trilobites would shed these external skeletons as they grew, many exoskeletons themselves became fossilized. Also, most trilobites had eyes, whose placement can often be detected in the fossils as well.

Because of such details, trilobite fossils actually seem to have personalities! Perhaps that's one reason why ancient people were apparently as fascinated with them as many folks are today. At one human settlement in France, dating back 15 thousand years, archeologists unearthed a trilobite fossil that had been used as an amulet. The Czech glass trilobites used in this listing's earrings may not be fossils, but they certainly have personality and nicely evoke this marine creature and the primeval world.

Eiffel Tower "La Vie en Rose" Paris Earrings
- Rose Charms & Swarovski Rose Pink Crystals -

https://www.etsy.com/prettygonzo/listing/695351160/eiffel-tower-paris-earrings-rose-pink?ref=shop_home_feat_3&frs=1

Any Paris lover will find these Eiffel Tower earrings a fun and pretty pair of boho chic dangles. Their design was inspired by the song "La Vie en Rose," made famous by Edith Piaf, a vocalist known during her lifetime as France's national chanteuse. To bring the song to mind, I used lovely rose charms and Swarovski rose pink bicone crystals. The focals of the earrings present an image of the Eiffel Tower superimposed over a miniature postcard decorated with Victorian-style roses.

These are artisan-made focals and were created from design paper and artboard and then finished with a sealer. The picture appears only on the front. The focals are lightweight, with a thickness of just under 2mm. Be aware that they are not suitable for water activites or the shower, and that bending them will leave a crease in them. When cared for properly, they will continue to provide you with a beautifully unique, one-of-a-kind pair of earrings.

The rose charms are made from silver-tone metal and are finely detailed on both the front and back. They hang from silver-filled jump rings under the focals, which in turn hang from dangles with large Swarovski crystals. Shiny sterling silver rondelles flank each crystal. Also included are sterling silver earring hooks, which I decorated with small Swarovski rose crystals to add an extra touch of boho elegance. The length here is 2.5 inches, including the ear hooks.

Uniquely cheerful, fun, and meaningful to anyone who loves "The City of Light," these earrings are sure to please with their inspirational remembrance of Paris and its most popular monument, the Eiffel Tower. Handmade beaded by me with great care, thought, and best wishes for their destined wearer, they come on a PrettyGonzo card and wrapped in a sweet organiza bag, all set for gifting to someone special—perhaps yourself!

ABOUT "LA VIE EN ROSE"
Written in 1945, this song was first made popular by Edith Piaf, who composed the lyrics. (Louiguy is credited with the music.) A simple song, it expresses how falling in love makes the world seem like a beautiful place, as if you are seeing everything through rose-colored glasses.

Although the song was regarded as a minor piece by Piaf's peers, it became a concert staple for Piaf after WWII. Soon her recordings of it were selling well in other countries, including the United States, where over the million copies were sold. Many singing stars in the United States recorded an English lyrics version of the song, including Bing Crosby, Louis Armstrong, and Donna Summer. However, "La Vie en Rose" remains the signature song of Edith Piaf.

Earrings for Non Pierced Ears

Delightful to give or receive, these earrings for non pierced ears are fabulous! The blue clip on earrings are extremely light weight. These long earrings feature recycled cookie tin charms. Perfect as a gift for her, the tin earrings are 3.5 inches long. They are very comfortable earrings to wear not only because they are light weight but also because the clip backs have soft rubber inserts. These earrings for women have light blue, artisan made, glass lamp work beads and lavender Swarovski crystals.

The recycled tin charms are made by me. I used a vintage cookie tin to cut the charms out of and then filed the edges smooth. I have added Renaissance wax to seal them.

Materials I used in the clip on earrings:

- Tin charms - 30 x 45 mm, oval, nature scenes
- Swarovski crystals - 4 mm, lavender, faceted
- Glass lamp work beads - 12 mm, light blue, matte finish, artisan made
- Clip backs - 20 mm, Tierra Cast, silver plated pewter, hammered design, shiny finish, soft rubber inserts
- Silver plated jump rings and eye pins

The earrings are designed and handmade by me, Sharon, of Blonde Peach Jewelry. They will arrive in an attractive organza bag that is great for storage and gift giving.

Long Boho Dangle Earrings with Tribal Disks
- African Sand Glass Beads, Handmade OOAK

https://www.etsy.com/prettygonzo/listing/534439788/long-boho-earrings-tribal-disk-earrings?ref=shop_home_active_2&frs=1

Long, stylish, and lightweight, these boho tribal disk earrings are the perfect treat for anyone who loves hippie gypsy styling with a one-of-a-kind design. The pair features metalicized brass resin disks, which have intricate granulations and a mysterious symbol in the center. They remind me of African shields and have the look of ancient jewelry. These disks are especially nice because they look very weighty but actually are not, making for a comfortable long and dangly earring.

To decorate these bohemian dangles, I chose African sand glass beads in a salmon color. They are handmade beads with a rustic, tribal quality. To keep them centered on their wires, I used Japanese seed beads inside the holes. (Of course, the seed beads are hidden.) Lending a further tribal touch are bone rondelle beads and bronze Czech glass spacers. And adding a hint of earthy elegance are TierraCast gold-on-pewter daisy spacers (made in the USA) bordering the African sand glass beads.

Other components of these boho earrings include TierraCast gold-on-pewter jump rings and gold-tone anti-tarnish art wire (all made in the USA).

The length of the earrings is approximately 3.25 inches, including the ear wires. The wires are 14K/20 gold-filled hooks (made in the USA) and come with clear ear guards for better security when the earrings are worn.

Eye-catching and fun to wear, with cryptic symbols and an air of the ancient, these tribal disk earrings are truly one of a kind. They were handmade by me with great care, thought, and best wishes for their destined wearer. They come on a PrettyGonzo earrings card and in a nice organza bag, all set for gifting to someone special—perhaps yourself!
