Filled with the serenity of a meditating Buddha, the well named MEDITATION handmade earrings are meaningful gift idea for the woman who practices yoga, meditates or is a Buddhist. The one of a kind earrings feature artisan copper Buddha dangles and faceted purple amethyst coin gemstones. The Buddha charms were handmade from beginning to end from copper metal clay: shaped, carved, fired in a kiln and then given a warm copper patina. The solid copper Buddhas are raised against the background in a modified meditative lotus pose. As you can see, the details of the design are amazing. The charms are slightly domed and the back is fairly smooth, but you can still see a bit of the Buddha design (see photo # 8). Since the Buddhas were individually created, they are very similar but also a bit different, something that makes them truly unique!  To represent the crown chakra, our connection to the universal energy or life force, translucent violet purple amethyst gemstones was wire wrapped above the Buddha charms. The shape of the amethyst is a thick coin circle shape and they are faceted, lending subtle sparkle to the earring design. Since the amethyst is translucent, they positively glow when the earrings are worn.
