Sweetly whimsical and so much fun the ELEFANTESSA handmade earrings are a perfect gift idea for any woman who loves majestic, captivating elephants. The one of a kind earrings feature rustic, rich ivory colored elephant shaped Czech glass beads, opalized lime green melon beads and pink Swarovski crystals. The elephant beads are two sided, one side looking as if the elephants have their eyes closed and the other side with their eyes open. The trunk of each elephant is raised, curving back towards the ears To bring out the amazing details of the beads and to give a vintage look, a copper Picasso finish was applied and then polished off, leaving the copper in the recessed areas. Because the Czech elephant beads are two sided, the earrings are delightful from any angle.  To add color and texture, stacked above the elephant beads are opalized lime green Czech glass melon beads and pink Swarovski crystals. The opalized lime green melons are ridged and are translucent so they glow amazingly when the earrings are worn. With a light aurora borealis coating, the melon beads also have a color shifting gleam as you can see in the photos. Above each melon bead, separated by a small copper bead, is a faceted Swarovski crystal bicone in a color called “light rose,” a luscious pink color. The crystals might be on the smaller side but do they ever sparkle! All of the elements used to create the one of a kind earrings were strung on a copper head pin, wire wrapped and connected to sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents. Created for the woman who loves wearing unique, one of a kind elephant jewelry, the ELEFANTESSA earrings were carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs. “Elefantessa” is Italian for a “female elephant.”

The fun elephant beads were created from ivory colored glass with a lovely copper Picasso finish to bring out the wonderful details of the elephants.

Lime Green Peach Lampwork Earrings, Spring Summer Handmade Jewelry

The colorful "Sorbetto" handmade earrings feature artisan bicone shaped lampwork beads in lime green and peach pink with Swarovski crystals - unique jewelry for women.

Like a refreshing serving of summer fruit sorbet, the SORBETTO earrings look almost good enough to eat. But please don’t since they’re made out of lampwork glass! The individually artisan handmade beads are a bicone shape, larger in the middle and tapering to each end. The upper half used glass that is a radiant lime green color. The bottom is a rich peachy pink glass. To add even more eye catching beauty, a wispy overlay of lavender is found around the middle of each lampwork bicone.

Spring and summer jewelry needs sparkle, so two coordinating colors of mega sparkle Swarovski crystals were used. Nestled into the bottom of each bicone, a luscious “rose peach” crystal is found, along with a small copper bead. Capping the top of the bicones is a “peridot” Swarovski crystal, named after the precious gemstone of the same color, and three small copper beads. The spring and summer earrings are finished with sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents.
