Red Orange Dangle Earrings, Czech Glass Sterling Handmade Jewelry Gift

 

The "Summer Spice" earrings were created with red and orange Czech glass beads and sterling silver - unique summer earrings for women.

The hot SUMMER SPICE handmade earrings are just that - spicy red and orange jewelry to wear all summer (or all year) long! Created with Czech glass in three shapes and spicy colors, along with sterling silver, these one of a kind beauties are FUN! The larger bead is a rich, dark red coin that was covered with a dark maroon red Picasso finish to give a rustic, vintage feel. The bead was then “table cut“ in the center on the front and back to expose the opaque dark red glass and then polished to a high shine. Since the beads are two sided, the dangle earrings look fabulous from any angle when worn.  Just above each red coin, separated by sterling silver daisy spacers are four-sided Czech glass bicone beads, thicker in the middle than on the narrower end. The color is a lovely translucent raspberry red that glows in the light. The finish is not high shine and it’s not matte, but something in between. Capping the top and the bottom of the earrings are translucent tangerine orange Czech glass round beads, separated by more sterling silver daisy spacers. The orange beads have a slight silver metallic Picasso finish which gives them a beautiful gleam, and, like the raspberry red beads, they positively glow when the earrings are worn. All of the elements used to create the joyous earrings were strung on handmade sterling head pins with a hammered loop at the end and then wire wrapped to sterling silver French hook earwires.
