The one of a kind STEPPING STONE pendant necklace is full of rich, deep meaning, featuring an artisan handmade stepping stone pendant.  To highlight the pendant, glowing faceted natural Mexican fire opal and copper were used.  Created from a mellow orange polymer clay, the pendant represents a stepping stone with a peaceful face in gray, mini pebble “stumbling blocks” and four cup and ring designs (symbols dating back to prehistoric time) along the right edge. The face is in peaceful repose since it has turned each stumbling block into a stepping stone, positive lessons learned along the path of life. The face and the stepping stones are raised while other symbols are engraved into the polymer clay and darker painted “missteps” are scattered on the pendant. Perfectly complementing the stepping stone pendant are amazing ombre Mexican fire agate gemstone discs. Mexican fire opal is a variety of opal with natural colors that range from a dark orange to clear, with about every shade of orange in between. The "Dharmachakra" handmade necklace features a copper dharma wheel, purple fluorite, aqua terra jasper and copper findings - meaningful gift for women.

Featuring one of the oldest and most important symbols in Buddhism, the DHARMACHAKRA handmade pendant necklace is a perfect jewelry gift for the woman who loves to wear meaningful jewelry. A mandala dharma wheel (also called a dharmachakra) pendant in copper is paired with purple fluorite gemstones, purple aqua terra jasper and copper discs to create this beautifully unique necklace. The pendant is two sided, the same design on both sides, with the dharma wheel raised against the background for lovely texture. The design features a dharma wheel with ten spokes representing the ten directions (everywhere).  Since violet is the color of the crown chakra, purple fluorite rounds and purple aqua terra jasper rondelles were used to perfectly complement the dharma wheel pendant. As you can see in the photo, the purple fluorite ranges in color from a dark purple to pale lavender to almost clear, a natural characteristic of the gemstone. Some of the rounds are two-toned, both purple and clear. Separating the fluorite into groups are aqua terra jasper (also called sea sediment jasper) gemstone rondelles, five on each side. Typically, aqua terra jasper is pale aqua / sandy beige color with unique patterns, but, since it takes a dye fairly easily, it can be found in other colors, such as this gorgeous purple. As you can see, the unique patterning of the jasper is still seen.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the meaningful DHARMACHAKRA necklace will be a welcome gift to a woman who practices yoga, meditates or is a Buddhist.

Egyptian Ankh Statement Necklace

with Eye of Horus Life Symbol Amulet

This ankh necklace with Eye of Horus amulet would make the perfect gift for anyone who loves boho or tribal styling as well as meaningful jewelry with historical links. About the Ankh Symbol

The ankh is an ancient Egyptian symbol for eternal life, and it is a common element in the art of Egypt during the time of the pharaohs. It is also found on amulets from that historical period. This symbol appears in some ancient Mediterranean cultures as well. For example, in ancient Cyprus, ankhs appeared on coins and were used as a symbol for copper. The ankh enjoyed renewed popularity in the 1960s and is still popular today. It is a highly meaningful and positive element as well as an attractive shape in itself.
