I made these earrings by hand by forming a firm, 20 gauge wire into hoop shapes while beading on a large hole, silver-lined lampwork flower beads, and red Czech pressed glass round beads. The large hole beads are placed in the center of the hoop. These beads have a lovely bumpy flower surface with red, blue, green and yellow colors. The earring wires are non-nickel, suitable for those who are allergic to other metals. The size of the beads and the length of earrings are given below.

Cat Bastet Earrings, Egyptian Hieroglyph Czech Glass Handmade Jewelry

The "Bastet" handmade earrings were created from orange opal Czech glass beads with a cat hieroglyph on each side and turquoise tri-cut Czech glass beads - jewelry for the cat lover.

Named after the ancient Egyptian cat goddess, the BASTET handmade earrings are a perfect jewelry gift for the woman who loves the beauty and grace of the lovely felines. The one of a kind earrings feature glowing orange Czech glass cat beads, turquoise Czech glass tri-cut beads, copper and sterling silver earwires. The unique oval cat beads are a rich orange opal color that are translucent and absolutely glow in the light. Each side has a pressed, recessed hieroglyph image of a seated, wise looking cat. To bring out the incredible details of the cats and to add an aged look, a bronze Picasso finish was added to the beads. The bronze wash settled into the recessed areas highlighting the hieroglyphs. Lightweight to wear, the earrings look perfect from every angle since the beads are two-sided.  To complement the orange opal glass, a turquoise tricut Czech glass beads was added to the top and bottom of the cat beads. The The tri-cut beds are round but have three facets (hence “tri-cut”) to add subtle sparkle. The turquoise beads also have a Picasso finish, a rich earthy brown, scattered here and there on the beads.  Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the BASTET hieroglyph earrings were created for the woman who loves cats, Egyptian symbolism and unique artisan jewelry.

Nature Inspired Woodland Earrings with Czech Glass

- Organic Beads, Green Leaf Beads, Sterling Silver -

These woodland earrings feature Czech glass green leaf beads and purple sunburst ovals. The glass leaves are a bright shade of green, with nice detailing. The sunburst ovals are a dark purple ("purple silk"), with a subtle milky quality. They also have an earthy Picasso finish in dark brown.

Also included in this boho pair are black-veined brown beads carved from organic seeds and lovely sterling silver rondelles. The earring hooks are also silver, with their sterling hallmark on the back wire. To give them a richer and slightly elegant look, I decorated them with sterling silver round beads. They come with clear ear guards for better security when the earrings are worn.

This nature-inspired pair is designed in a classic stack. Each dangle has a green leaf bead with a purple oval above, flanked by a pair of organic seed beads. Separating these elements are sterling rondelles. They add a wonderful touch of light and elegance to the overall woodland tribal style.

The length here is roughly 2.25 inches, including the earrings hooks.

This rustic yet elegantly accented pair of woodland dangles was handmade by me with care, thought, and best wishes for its destined wearer. The earrings come wrapped on a PrettyGonzo card and in a pretty organza bag, all ready for gift-giving to your favorite nature lover—or perhaps yourself!

Copper Peace Sign Wire Wrapped Hoop Earrings

I have made and sold several pairs of peace sign wire-wrapped hoop earrings in various colored metals. This listing shows the bright copper-plated earrings. The double-sided peace sign charms are copper-plated TierraCast pewter, and the formed hoops are antiqued copper-plated. The wire I used for wrapping around the hoop forms is a non-tarnish copper-plated wire. The lever-back style copper-plated earring wires match the bright copper throughout the earring design. In the 1960s the peace sign symbol was very popular. It symbolized not only peace but the spirit of love, and the service to humanity. Many people, particularly young adults, were involved in peaceful demonstrations against the Vietnam war. Along with tie-dyed clothing, peace sign jewelry remains a popular fashion statement today.

St Patricks Day Earrings, Lucky Four Leaf Clover Swarovski Jewelry

Looking as if they are filled with colorful fire, the ÁDH MÓR handmade earrings are perfect St Patrick’s Day jewelry filled with mega sparkle and good luck. The one of a kind earrings feature faceted lucky four leaf clover Swarovski crystals with heart shaped leaves. The color is called “crystal luminous green” since an iridescent coating that shifts between light green, violet and pink was applied to the back of the crystals. Talk about maximum sparkle at each movement, something that the photos definitely fail to show!  Stacked above the four leaf crystal clovers are faceted fern green Swarovski crystal bicones in two sizes, separated by small copper beads. The black enamel with silver trim music notes teamed up well adding a wired combination of sparkling black faceted Swarovski crystals and smooth, sleek silver-plated heishe rondells.
