Meaningful handmade jewelry to show your love of your four-footed friend, the AMICO handmade earrings are a perfect gift for the dog lover / cat lover. The one of a kind earrings feature artisan enameled paw print charms with Swarovski crystals dangling on the ends of sterling silver chain. The fun, individually handmade charms are a unique half-moon shape, hanging with the curved part at the top and the 3-holed straight edge at the bottom. A high gloss, pale pink enameled background perfectly highlights the two black paw prints found on each charm. The detail of the paw prints is amazing, the larger metacarpal pad along with the four toe pads are easily seen. The back of each charm is enameled in jet black. To add flirty movement along with lots of sparkle, sterling silver chain and Swarovski crystals were attached to the three holes to the bottom edge of the charms. This sterling silver box chain has flat links which capture and reflect the light wonderfully. The middle hole of the charms has four links of the box chain while the two holes at each end have two links. A single faceted jet black Swarovski crystal bicone, capped on each end with small sterling beads, was wire wrapped to the end of each chain. To finish the dog / cat lover earrings, sterling silver French hooks with jet black Swarovski crystal adornments were used. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the AMICO earrings were created for the woman who loves her dog(s) and or cat(s) and is not scared to show it! “Amico” is Italian for “friend.”

Dog Cat Paw Prints Hearts Earrings, Copper Red Aqua Handmade Jewelry

If you are looking for a meaningful dog or cat paw prints and hearts jewelry, look no further than these adorable BEST BUDDY earrings! A perfect jewelry gift for the dog and cat lover, the one of a kind earrings were created with copper paw print on heart charms and two colors of faceted Czech glass rondelles. The oh-so-fun copper square-shaped charms were individually artisan made from beginning to end with pure copper. The design is a raised paw print in a recessed heart. The area around the hearts is also raised, adding wonderful texture. To add a rustic look, the charms were given a dark patina, polished to bring out the detail and then sealed. They have a beautiful copper glow that photos can never show. Since the dog and cat lover charms were individually artisan created, as you can see in the photos, they are very similar but not exactly the same. To add a rich look and a pop of color to the overall earrings design, two colors and sizes of faceted Czech glass rondelles were used: red beads and aqua / amber beads. Since they are both faceted, subtle sparkle is added to the design. Cat Kitty Face Earrings, Tan Ceramic Lampwork Handmade Jewelry Gift

The "Sweet Kitty" handmade earrings feature artisan ceramic cat face dangles, artisan spotted lampwork beads and Swarovski crystals - perfect jewelry for a cat lover.

If you are a cat lover, or know someone who is, these SWEET KITTY earrings are a perfect jewelry gift! The one of a kind beauties features artisan made ceramic cat face discs, artisan lampwork glass beads and copper. The ceramic discs were individually handmade from white ceramic clay and kiln fired twice for strength and durability. The design is so very whimsical: a textured, raised kitty cat face. As you can see in the photos, the details of the cat face are amazing with eyes, nose, a smiling mouth, ears and whiskers. The high shine glaze (hard to photograph because of reflections) is a lovely medium tan color. The back of the discs are also glazed in tan. Because the discs were individually created, they are very similar but not exactly the same. The earrings are lightweight to wear.  Artisan lampwork beads were added above the cat face discs to perfectly complement them. The lampwork beads were made from black glass with brown frit to create spots and dots across the beads. With a silky matte finish, they are a lovely counterpoint to the tan glaze of the cat discs. A 2 mm copper bead was nestled into the top of each spotted lampwork bead. To add sparkle to the earrings design, a faceted jet black Swarovski crystal bicone as added. The "Bastet" handmade earrings were created from orange opal Czech glass beads with a cat hieroglyph on each side and turquoise tri-cut Czech glass beads - jewelry for the cat lover.

Named after the ancient Egyptian cat goddess, the BASTET handmade earrings are a perfect jewelry gift for the woman who loves the beauty and grace of the lovely felines. The one of a kind earrings feature glowing orange Czech glass cat beads, turquoise Czech glass tri-cut beads, copper and sterling silver earwires. The unique oval cat beads are a rich orange opal color that are translucent and absolutely glow in the light. Each side has a pressed, recessed hieroglyph image of a seated, wise looking cat. To bring out the incredible details of the cats and to add an aged look, a bronze Picasso finish was added to the beads. The bronze wash settled into the recessed areas highlighting the hieroglyphs. Lightweight to wear, the earrings look perfect from every angle since the beads are two-sided.  To complement the orange opal glass, a turquoise tricut Czech glass beads was added to the top and bottom of the cat beads. About Bastet, the Ancient Egyptian Cat Goddess

In ancient Egypt, cats were considered sacred, their status as dieties well established by the third century BC. They were likely accorded this honor because of their essential role in controlling rats and other vermin, and because they were capable of overpowering snakes, including cobras—an impressive feat. Bastet was a prominent cat goddess during the first millennium BC. She had evolved from an earlier Lower-Kingdom incarnation, Bast, a lioness warrior diety.

Bastet could be depicted fully as a cat or, especially later in ancient Egyptian history, represented as a woman with a cat's head. Over time, she became associated with motherhood, kittens sometimes added to her imagery. As a maternal figure, Bastet became a good luck figure in women's amulet jewelry. During the Greek Ptolemaic Dynasty in Egypt (305 BC to 30 BC), Bastet became syncretized with the Greek moon goddess, Artemis, further solidifying her role as a special figure for women.

About Amethyst

A member of the quartz family, amethyst is traditionally considered a protective, talismanic stone. The name amethyst comes from the Greek word "amethusos," which means "not drunk." The gemstone is associated with the crown chakra, and is the birthstone for February. The HERE KITTY handmade dangle earrings are a perfect gift for the woman who adores her cat(s). The unique earrings feature shiny rhodium over pewter sitting cat charms with a solid face and a cut out center of the body. The lines of the silver kitty charms are very flowing, ending with a curved tail in the cut out. The charms are smooth and sleek on both sides so the earrings look fabulous from any angle.

The sleek, two sided cat charms are rhodium over pewter for 

a super shiny finish.

To keep the earrings design simple, letting the cat charms take most of the credit, two faceted 4 mm Swarovski crystals in shades of brown were stacked above the kitties. The darker color is called “smoked topaz” and the lighter brown is called “light Colorado topaz.” The crystals might be small but they add a tremendous amount of eye catching sparkle! A single 2 mm sterling silver bead separates the two crystals.
