Dumortierite Quartz Gemstone Necklace With Lotus Flower Pendant

The Singing Beader 

This dumortierite quartz gemstone necklace has beautiful, polished, faceted, oblong, nugget shaped stones. The stones are a dark blue color with hints of lighter shades of blue, some black, and some white.

Each stone is a little bit different but very close in size. Use the zoom feature to see a close up of these amazing stones. The necklace also has small round dumortierite stones and shiny antiqued silver spacers. The spacers have some etching that complement the lotus flower pendant (described below). The necklace fastens with a decorative leaf pattern, sterling silver hook and eye clasp. I have included a photo. For secure construction, I double crimped the necklace. The crimps have sterling silver crimp covers. Details on the length of the necklace is shown below.

The lotus flower pendant is antiqued silver plated and lead and nickel free. It is textured on both sides. The front shows a flower in the middle and the petals show the signs of om, the yin and yang, moon and star, peace sign, buddha, and a cross. The back of the the lotus flower is shown in photo 5.

The elegant earrings consist of one nugget and two round dumortierite stones and two antiqued silver spacers. The earrings were constructed with sterling silver head pins, and have sterling silver French ear wires. See length below.

Dumortierite is said to be suitable for those who would like to be more confident, stand up for themselves in certain situations, and become more patient with others. This quartz gemstone resembles both sodalite and lapis lazuli. The quartz gemstone is named after a French paleontologist named Dumortier.

Heart Flowers Earrings, Valentines Purple Red Copper Handmade Jewelry

The "Bei Cuori" handmade earrings feature artisan hand painted hearts and flowers copper dangles and glowing Czech glass druk beads - unique jewelry for women.

Beautiful for your sweetheart at any time of the year, these handmade BEI CUORI hearts and flowers earrings are a perfect gift for Valentines Day and Mother’s Day, especially for a woman who loves to grow flowers. The one of a kind earrings feature colorful artisan created copper dangles along with glowing etched Czech glass beads. The oh-so-pretty hearts and flower charms were artisan made from beginning to end from pure copper. The design is a partial daisy design in a heart, the flower raised to provide wonderful texture to the charms. To highlight the flowers, the charms were individually hand painted: a rich red for the floral disc and violet purple for the petals. To protect them for years of wearing pleasure, the charms were coated with a glass like resin finish. 
Exquisitely complementing the colors of the hearts and flowers charms are etched Czech glass druk beads. The beads started out with a clear glass base, were etched for a rustic vibe and then partly coated with a dramatic metallic raspberry pink finish and / or a color shifting aurora borealis finish. The druk beads on the bottom have an aurora finish on about ⅓ of the beads, shifting in color from golden to blue to green and several others depending on the angle of the light. The upper beads have the metallic raspberry finish which has a mystic red to orange shift. Since the finishes are only on ⅓ of the beads, the earrings are constantly changing as the beads rotate. Sterling silver French hook earwires with copper bead accents finish the beautiful earrings. Pink Winged Heart Earrings, Valentines Lampwork Handmade Jewelry Gift

The gorgeous "Winged Hearts" handmade earrings feature artisan lampwork glass winged heart beads and Swarovski crystals - unique Valentines jewelry for women.

Winged hearts are used as a symbol of a joyous and free spirited nature. And, as you can see, these earrings are joyous in their own right! Fun heart jewelry to wear all year long, the romantic WINGED HEARTS handmade earrings are also definitely filled with Valentine’s Day vibes. The one of a kind earrings were created from pink and fuchsia lampwork glass hearts, Swarovski crystals in two color and sterling silver. The exquisite lampwork hearts were individually artisan made from two types and colors of glass: a shiny, soft pink opaque glass with tiny lines of clear streaks make up the body of each heart, and the wings were formed from a transparent, rich fuchsia colored glass. When worn, the fuchsia wings absolutely glow, as you can see in the photos of the earrings hanging. They are absolutely eye-catching! Since the winged hearts are artisan made, they are very similar but are also a bit different.

To perfectly complement the winged hearts and to add amazing sparkle, faceted Swarovski crystal bicones in two colors and sizes were stacked above the hearts. The larger crystal is an opaque milky pink color called “rose alabaster.” The smaller is called “fuchsia,” named after the beautiful flower, a hot pink shade with a hint of purple. Sterling silver French hook earwires with an added fuchsia pink crystal finishes the earrings beautifully. Hieroglyph Earrings, Vintage Glass Snake Vertebrae Handmade Jewelry

The unique "Ancient Scribes" handmade earrings feature artisan Egyptian hieroglyph dangles, vintage glass snake vertebrae beads and sterling silver - one of a kind jewelry for women.

The ANCIENT SCRIBES handmade earrings are a perfect jewelry gift for the woman who loves the wonder and mystery of Egyptian hieroglyphs. The one of a kind earrings feature artisan created pewter hieroglyph charms, vintage glass snake vertebrae beads and sterling silver. The lead free pewter dangles, individually hand cast, feature a different set of hieroglyphs on each charm. One dangle has, from top to bottom: an eye (which represents safety), a zigzag (represents water), two curved staffs (which represent folded cloth), a spiral (represents shelter) and an unidentified marking at the bottom. The other has: a sideways lotus bud (represents rebirth), a quail chick (represents the letter W which was a vowel sound) and a zigzag (represents water). The hieroglyph charms have a lovely antique, rustic look and aren’t the exact same shape. A bit wider on the bottom than at the top, they were given a patina to bring out the details of the hieroglyphs and then polished to look like heirloom silver. The back of the charms have a slightly grainy, darker finish. To add unexpected beauty to the design of the hieroglyph earrings, vintage glass snake vertebrae beads are stacked above the charms. Sometimes called zigzag beads, they get their more common name due to their resemblance to the interlocking vertebrae of snakes. Most vintage snake beads are Czech or French and were produced for African trade. The beads are at least 50+ years old and are colored coral orange and blue. For fun, two blue beads and one coral orange were stacked on one earring while the other has two coral orange and one blue bead. A 3 mm sterling silver bead nettles into the top of the upper vertebrae bead. Sterling silver French hook earwires finish the eye catching earrings. Carefully designed and handmade by Catherine of Shadow Dog Designs, the ANCIENT SCRIBES handmade hieroglyphs earrings were created for the woman who adores wearing unique designer jewelry.

The artisan made lampwork glass heart beads used to create the CORAZONES PRECIOSOS earrings are absolutely charming!
