Amethyst Purple Lampwork Earrings, Silver Crystal Handmade Jewelry Gift

The rich looking earrings feature transparent artisan lampwork glass beads and sparkling Swarovski crystals, two shades of purple in one pair of earrings. Individually artisan handmade, the lampwork beads were created from transparent medium amethyst colored glass. To add even more beauty, a fine silver was added to the middle of each bead when the glass was molten, created raised dots and lines. As you can see from the photos, the beads are very similar but not exactly the same. Since the purple lampwork beads are transparent, the capture and radiate the light, positively glowing when worn! Adding even more interest to the overall design are glowing pewter flower bead caps which embrace the top and bottom of each bead.

The lampwork glass beads were artisan handmade from transparent amethyst purple glass and fine silver.

To dazzle the eye, a faceted 6 mm Swarovski crystal bicone was added to the top of the amethyst purple beads. The color of the Swarovski crystals is called “light amethyst,” a soft, sparkling counterpoint to the dark purple lampwork beads. All of the elements used to create the beautiful earrings were placed on sterling silver headpins, wire wrapped and connected to sterling silver French hooks.
